anyways land is a game asset. so check out some illuvium zero content on youtube to see what that is all about. It's just a slow idle builder type of game like Clash of clans but then without the fighting.

Then the resources you make can be used in the other games, like the Overworld to run around when the official games come out. and then you can play with the resources that you make on your plot.

But you could also just buy ILV, as staked ILV gets revenue distribution. All revenue is handed out to the stakeholders in the form of ILV. so it's the same thing really, but one gives you the in-game resource directly. the other gives you ILV, that you can then convert back into Eth and then the ingame resource.

-Tried registering on sandbox dot illuvium dot io.
-It asks for passport (Which I didnt have)
-I created the pass, connected my wallet with the pass, however the pass itself still has some other address set as-kinda-main- idkreally.
-I go back to the initial site and sign up with that newly created pass
And now I am registered, but the registration is on newly created address from that IMX pass, which doesnt show my significant wallet footprint which I guess would increase my odds of being picked.

Create the passport with the Same E-Mail as you used to playtest the Games and gave feedback in the past. Playtime and feedback/Bug Reports are pretty mich the only metric increasing your odds to be Part of pb4.

When I try to login in non-testnet illuvium site (without the 'sandbox' prefix), it offers me to sign in with either wallet or email.
How can I sign in with either of those into the testnet illuvium site? I dont have any previous on any passport anywhere

That’s not an issue.

Testnet beta has an entirely different account system. On a different webpage. Anything using SANDBOX is going to exclusively use the imx passport for your new beta 4 login.

You don’t want the same wallets. You can’t use the same wallets. You can’t use the same old Illuvium game account to create an IMX passport wallet. You can just use the same email for both.

Right, the Loyalty airdrop (50k ILV) is already set in stone. Snapshot was taken on April 14th as a record of every wallet that has participated in the ecosystem.

Then there is the Testnet Beta airdrop (20k ILV) which you have registered for with IMX passport. 10k users will get into this one on the 30th of April. Some of these users are selected based on previous activity and some are randomly selected from individual creator's referal links. If you don't get in the first 10k users for PB4 Testnet, the Open Beta Testnet opens to everyone after about May 28.

Then after some more testing, there is Open Beta Mainnet, which everyone can play and offers the remaining 180k ILV in airdrops based on your interaction with the ecosystem. This one is where your illuvials and armor etc are actual NFTs on the main blockchain. The real deal.

Potential it has, but meanwhile quite a lot of tokens have entered circulation. I'm missing my facts again, but I think like 10% were unlocked at the 1.8k price. Now we're 5-6-7 times that amount. It can be realistic to expect a price of 1.8 / 6 = $300. But this is based on price of 2021, where no playable game was live. Draw your conclusions.

ohhhh I mean there is a lot of information provided by content creators, pretty much you pay to go into the overworld and you capture the Illuvials. Things like creatures, mineables, harvestables - nearly everything you can gather/collect will be an NFT

The Illuvials specifically, and I reckon a lot of the other materials long term, will be useable in all future Illuvium games

so an Illuvial captured in Overworld can be used to battle in Illuvium Arena which is their auto battler game

I mean game wise not really? Play what interests you and ignore what you don't want to participate in.

The current version of Arena will always have free rotational decks, and the new version which is more like TFT, the Gauntlet I've heard will be F2P totally. So unless you want to play competitively in Arena you don't need to use NFTs. If you want to Rank in Arena you'll probably need stronger decks which you can create by playing the overworld or buy off secondary

Even if you want to try Overworld without dabbling in NFTs there will be a F2P version where you can collect T0 Illuvials that can then also be used in the Arena or other future games

Pretty much every asset you get will be an nft you can either collect or sell, even the f2p Portion will be nft's.

Illuvium in it's basics is a creature collection game, similar to pokemon. So if you decide to just play for free you can just collect and use a part of the collection but you are still able to play every game.

If you want to play any Mode really competitively you most likely need to spend some bucks to build a meta Team for Arena.

We have an autobattler in the works that is totally free to play. You’ll need an account and that’s it. What you miss out is that your units won’t look special (the ones you own). And you would have a disadvantage in the pay to win lobby. But that lobby isn’t where the huge ranked tournaments will be.

The current card/autobattler is a bit different. You need to own cards just like any card game. They are NFTs but the point doesn’t really matter. It just matters that you own them.

We don't have a technical date for launch at all. But since it is June and we know it needs about a month for testing, then late June is the earliest it could be released. 28 June is the very earliest, but since they have still stipulated Q2 then I suppose its that or a few days after unless they delay which is very possible
