You will be able to sell what you get in OW on the Illuvium Marketplace if you want to. I think there will be enough people wanting to play Arena and so wanting the resources. Also IZ people will need the Illuvials in order to skin them and combined with blueprints will make different skins. One of the best things is that Illuvials are deflationary. Every one caught means that particular Illuvial becomes harder to find. They've really thought out how to keep the economy strong in game.:)

And as I said other day, even if there are some other not capturable creatures who are just flying or running around and attack you, and if u shoot, u get some minor resources, also adds to it

To be fair they’re just not as involved besides the main council. The community council mostly just helps the community write proposals and gain insight on community sentiment. I’ve seen all of the current community council actively engaging in discussion. Not sure if there is even anything to do atm with how close we are to open beta there’s not a lot of proposals that are going to be pushed through until afterwards.
