Toxic, air and empath all rely on sustain to stay alive for long periods of time. Fighters on the other hand push to deal as much damage as possible in as short amount of time as possible. So, the matchup is quite interesting. from what you are saying, fighters deal more damage in a short amount of time than you can sustain yourself for. If you however are able to stay alive for longer, you would probably start taking them down with Toxic. One idea is to place your units in such a way that all of them tank a single unit. Since you are empath, you may be able to heal your way out of that nasty situation. You could also place your units all the way in a corner and make sure that only 5/8 enemies at a time can hit your Illuvials / Ranger. There are a number of ways you could look to pull this off. But it might also be a direct counter. You may want to add a Grit - augment to your lineup. Since fighters hit FAST but tend to deal low amounts of damage, this could pull you through the early phase of a round, and get your toxic stacks up high enough to deal with them.

Yes we can read L1, but deploying the collections on L2 will happen in advance of the collections being available for use in-game.

One thing I’ve noticed is that tier 0 characters and lynxes are really strong. It’s great that people will be able to build really competitive teams by only using tier 0 and maybe tier 1 and tier 2 characters. It feels much more accessible than being forced to farm tier 5s to even start to compete.

You want a Ramphyre? Cool you can do that but you can also build an empath team with lynxes and attipos.
