Not sure if you’re aware, but this is the first delay we’ve had this year. We hit all targets set this year and was slightly off on this particular one. We as a team have made major improvements on setting timelines and achieving them.

I do hope you can be empathetic and discuss this objectively without only looking at one side of it.

And even with a project manager, you understand there are unplanned variables that appear which can cause changes to the expected work load.

Aggressive targets are set to motivate the team to work harder and move more efficiently. The downside of this is sometimes targets aren’t always met. Again to clarify, this has happened only once this year.

Understood. I saw it in a telegram "official" ILV chat. It had like 4k members but I guess they are all bots or future victims of the scam sadly. Thanks for letting me know! I'm not that aware with all the kinds of scams etc going on in the crypto space, but thankfully I always double check, and it did seem weird that there were no mentions of this so called "Airdop" on the official Twitter ILV account. Seen it on a few other discords, will break up people trying to talk over eachother and having to be in their own guild chats or something to avoid toxic people

There are third party things that do this. Not sure how much ingame code you'd need to properly integrate it. But there will be prebuilt solutions out there. Dare I say that league of legends hasn't had voice chat with the opponent since it's inception. I have a strong feeling that's intentional

Honestly I'd avoid any sort of voice chat for the game. Text chat is not hard to moderate, voice chat, oh god
