Hey folks, is anyone else experiencing the password reset bug? I have been unable to log into my account for 2.5 months. Everytime I reset my password the new one doesn't work. I've been in contact with Illuvium support about it 3-4 times and they've told me they'll let me know when it is resolved...but it doesn't seem as though anyone is trying to resolve it. We believe the solution for the issue of infinite loading can be solved by us doing absolutely nothing. It is an issue caused by people being in a survival mode run when we dropped the servers. Hey Aaron! Just some data that doesn't make much sense to me but perhaps you can make something out of it:

I got stuck on loading like many others.
The same happened to me for a few days with IZ on desktop.

My internet is Starlink, and I'm connected directly to it with an Ethernet cable since it is faster that way. There is never a problem with it. Except for logging into Illuvium.

I spent hours with some of the team and nothing worked for me, except when I unplugged the Ethernet cable, and turned on the wifi card to connect via WiFi, it worked right away.

So now I know I just have to unplug the Ethernet connection every time I want to play or else I get stuck.

I wonder if you have some type of firewall that restricts ethernet packet data from unverified apps or perhaps antivirus software that blocks ethernet data but allows the wifi ports to work for Illuvium. Just my 2 cents.

Where do the items go after crafting?

After crafting any item, it will automatically be transferred to your locker storage. To access the item, players can follow these steps:

1. In Sanctum Mesa, interact with the locker storage by pressing the E key. This will open the locker storage and show all the items that you have gathered and/or crafted.

2. Right-click on the item you want to transfer from your locker storage to your inventory.

I've been watching streamers playing illuvium and not having keybindings explained in game is definitely still an issue. Really hoped it would be in this build after the issues it caused in PB1

When you stake ILV you can claim rewards in either ILV which needs to vest, but can continue to be staked, or you can claim sILV2 which can be used to buy in-game things in the meantime, but cannot be staked. For each sILV2 minted the ILV max supply is reduced by 1. (sILV 2 is "worth" ILV proportional to ETH making it typically slightly cheaper than just using ETH, becauze sILV2 is worth slightly less than ILV but the economics of it should close the gap as time goes on).

Well it turns out at some point almost 300k of those tokens were used by the team without an IIP.

I asked about it at some point but the only answer I got was that the tokens had in fact been moved out of the wallet.

I think the spawn for resources would benefit from a tweak. Too many people spending way too much time finding nothing. Heat map has been helpful to a degree. But it doesn't fix the huge gaps between them. Maybe with fully decked out boots, Jetpack & visor it'll be more fun looking for them.

From the data I'm seeing the current runs are generating quite a bit more resources than the last beta. There is absolutely no way for a run to spawn only 4 deposits without a bug.

Yeah intended. The previous design resulted in spread loot across the map. Which resulted in effectively people doing the same run every time as that route was the most effective

New design means that your pathing changes significantly run to run. And is largely governed by the heatmap data
