Whoa just saw this. This is exactly where the crypto industry needs to go.
I need to read up more but it seems they have 0 access to your funds. It’s still self custody, but makes it easier for people who don’t have a good process. And honestly having a good process to store your seed is impossible

I have a process where I split my recovery in 2. Duplicated each of those parts and store them in different places. That’s an incredible amount of work to do whenever I want a new wallet.

Then I also have a hot (hw) wallet and a cold wallet.

This is a horrible experience. What if I unknowingly lose one of my backups. And then I only find out when I lose the other one and I’m shit out of luck.

Idk if ledger found the perfect solution, but crypto purists will keep us in the stone ages of crypto

There are two keys, private and public. The seed generates the private key. The ledger can store that and you use it to authorize transactions. It should not be storing the seed phrase. (I can absolutely be wrong here btw)

There's a couple different games.

Illuvium: Beyond is a collectible game where you can open d1sks and put together modular profile pictures.
Illuvium: Zero is a mobile base builder type game. Currently, you need to be a land holder to play the game at all. Even when it's available for the public, only land owners will be able to create Fuel tokens and mint blueprints on their plots.
Illuvium: Overworld is an exploration/gathering/capturing game where you can capture Illuvials and collect resources to craft gear and augments. You don't to buy anything to play Overworld.
Illuvium: Arena is an autobattler with PvE and (soon) PvP game modes. Ultimately, you'll use your own Illuvials and gear to fight in Arena.

There aren't official system requirements out yet for Overworld, Zero or Arena, because the games are still under development. However, a system with a 1060 or equivalent graphics card have been running everything reasonably well.

I think that to put up a thumbnail like that upon the release of a new product for a genre he is supposed to support is just short sided and unprofessional. There are better ways to promo your channel and products than just straight up negativity. It’s ok to be optimistic, positive, or even excited for great development in the NFT gaming industry.
