Land is an NFT of course, so besides buying/selling, it is a plot of land you’ll be able to play on in Illuvium: Zero. To produce resources and earn, you’ll have to actively play on your land to collect the fuel to sell.

ILV would be more of a passive investment. See what you can do with ILV below ⤵️

the main game is not a pure FTP game. there is a FTP area called T0 . however to access T1- T5 there will be recurring travel and equipment fees . The official and specific prices and economics are not yet known

The cost have ben describe more alone trading card game like MTG / Pokémon etc where you have multiple recurring costs t o interact with anything out side the TO area.

That is somthing you need to decide for yourself. For me personally I am more interested in overworld and ILV staking as I feel it has more value for my personal plan. So hence i did not buy land for that reason as i would rather put that money into ILV.

Yup! But be sure you’re thinking/using sILV2… the protocol did have sILV in the past but an exploit resulted in the creation of sILV2. The old sILV is now dead/defunct!

But yeah, sILV2 is officially earned as rewards from staking but you’ll find some stakers seeded a liquidity pool on Uniswap so you can find sILV2 on there, usually discounted pretty heavily.

The general concensus is that Fuel is more consistent, Blueprints are more random. Of course, that perspective is speculative, since the game isn't out yet.

As far as tuning goes ("drop" rates etc.), we don't know. Tier affects how many scans you can afford to do consistently, not the "rates" of a single scan.

There’s no real way to know which is more valuable. The blueprints will be NFTs that can be sold or used to help produce skinned armor and maybe drones. Therefore value of blueprints will then need to be determined by community demand, what price will the market bear.

The only issue I'm having so far is just the crashes, but the game is pretty dang fun.

What we do have some info on is the expected order of releases shown in Aaron's dev blog below:

PB2 (Survival Arena) → Illuvitars → PB2 (Overworld) → Illuvium: Zero Alpha → Game Loader

Then Open Beta release for the games would likely follow 🙂

IIP-24 is not yet live. There is a “draft” of the proposal which was being discussed by the community in #1003469605005692948 but the official proposal has not been put forth for a vote yet. There may be some details changing before the final draft is done.

But keep in mind that only the Council members vote on the proposals themselves.

The rest of the community members don’t vote on the proposals but rather, vote in the council members during the elections!

I think the plan to equalise illuvial levels and stats makes sense. We also have T0s that will give everyone access to all classes and affinities completely free. These features alone should go an extremely long way to ensure every player can compete in ranked in some meaningful way.

However I see issues arising long term with the current plan. Ranked mode generates zero revenue for illuvium and doesn't encourage players to continuously loop overworld or fuse to build stronger decks. It also runs the risk of an ever-increasing power gap emerging among the community. Rank mode players will fall so far behind leviathan players over time that they'll never feel able to make the switch should they wish too.

Overall I feel gifting stage 2 and 3 illuvials to rank mode players not only hurts illuvium and players but the community as a whole.

If ya want a Titanor to progress higher in ranked you should have to get out into to overworld and catch/fuse one 💪
