It didn’t do that in the card duel game before. So I didn’t know. There is no way to recover the tries?

one of our members is having a really weird issue, trying to immigrate.
All last week he was checking the countdown, it showed Sunday (yesterday) as the eligible moving day. Well he moved his farm yesterday morning and after he spent some resources prepping his main, it now shows he needs to wait 30 days again.
Another member created his account the same day and can still move now.
Probably aged into another age bracket

Exactly: I sent the wrong screenshot. What I meant was- I don’t have a single hero at the exact level of 330. They are either higher or lower.
😂 I’m saying that it’s broken or a "BUG” 😂😂🤣 The message says: it’s the level of your 5th ranked hero of all heroes or something. I posted a screenshot of that too 🤣 I am saying that none of my "5th ranked heroes" are exactly at 330. Not total heroes, Not red heroes.
The last line is, "or something", is what you are looking for. It matches the challenge level if they aren't high enough.
It’s not going to average every single individual level. If you enhanced the hero to the next level. I believe it uses the max level that that hero should be at, it is always at the max level of that tier.
Again, this is the issue, I don't think it's a "bug" as much as bad wording in the explanation.
And lord knows there's plenty of that in this game 🙄
Myself and a few others have been having what seems to be a random glitch in the arena. You're in the middle of a match and for no reason it suddenly gives you a message across the match screen saying 'This battle has ended', yet it's still recommending a next move, then after a few seconds it goes to the 'You Lost' screen.
This is happening when heroes are still at full or partial health. It's not every time, but I've had this at least 4 times since main reset.
Have also just had 2 matches abruptly end when all of my heroes were at full health and the last 2 of my opponents were almost dead. Edit And my entire lineup at full health getting wiped out all at once by heroes that should barely be doing any damage to mine.
In the Match-3 League, Group stage, it seems to be ranking on wins then number of rounds taken to win - but it is ordering the latter based on highest to lowest, instead of the other way round.
This happens in sims training too
Can you make the screen stay on alliance chat instead of state chat when you log on. It has been doing this for the past couple of weeks
This isn't really a bug and may even be intentional, but when you're using speedups, normally the higher ones disappear as your time goes down. Well, one that didn't or doesn't is the 7-day build speedup at least and so I accidentally clicked that instead of a 30 MINUTE speedup. Can this be fixed to hide the larger speedups because that 7 day one was so valuable and now I lost it over a misclick. I am sad and furious at the same time because the other speedups disappear.
And/or a warning that a larger one is being used like when we're using gold+ to enhance for bioenhancers
Yes! That would be great too! I'd take anything to prevent this really. It's not the first time I've misclicked the wrong timer. I'm guessing it's either the epilepsy or the narcolepsy, but I get kinda twitchy? so I tend to tap on the wrong thing cuz my fingers will just. Yeah. But before it's only ever been smaller ones because I've never had a 7 day one so that's what sucks.

Is prison trial broken. Damn near invincible on level 7 and it's been a cake walk for me for some time now. I thought I clicked level 8 by mistake but final round on both floors have been absolutely brutal. Only some very lucky rng got me through.

This question seems to reward the wrong answer and punish the correct one.
The loot tables for zombie lair chests and zombies are wrong, in the description they claim to drop Requiem frags but instead drop only useless Otto (thought it was Flint as they look alike but just as useless) frags (except for first zombie kill guaranteed drop which actually is a Requiem). This is in the high 20s, mid 30s range, it may actually be right in other ranges but this looks like a typical copy&paste accident.
What's the drop percentage for Req frags from the lair boxes if you tap the View Detailed Reward Probability link? (None of my boxes have hero frags, or I'd check myself).

With those march sizes and stats, I'm extremely skeptical you sent heroes with that march, but afaik there's no way to confirm from Sonic logs.
Same tier units? The tier determines damage more than boosts.
Were all of your Sonic reports like this? Or just this one particular one with low damage?
There doesn't seem to be an option to collect daily quest completions or boxes individually rather than all at once. Due to the stamina & AP gain in the 1st three boxes one or other of these needs to be available so we can only collect one or two of these depending on our needs.

Yeah, we need the ability to disable the collection all feature for quest boxes. I try to leave the game with as little stamina as possible so if I'm close, I will use a quest box to top off for a lair. Of course, they could always just raise the stamina limit so we don't have to worry about it. 😄

Forgive me if this has been asked before, but has anyone else experienced any issues with HQ attacks that were not initiated by the attacker?
To explain, we have had multiple instances where a player (all different players) has set a rally to a lair and it somehow ends up as a solo attack on an HQ in a completely different location.
Yes I've seen this happen accidentally a few times 😂 almost always during event days when it glitchy tho
We’ve had it happen several times in the last few weeks and players are adamant that they didn’t set any attacks. Some of the players I’ve known for years that have never attacked anyone outside of VC or water wars. I’m thinking something in the second to last update might’ve made things a bit screwy
Just an update, I just heard from a few friends in other states. It has also happened to them, but while they tried to submit reports to CS, it wouldn’t allow them to attach images. In some cases it wouldn’t allow them to report at all
It happened to me when I was sending to a death tile for wlk - I watched the march head off to the death tile, but the attack itself was on a player’s base.
And when I tried to submit a report it crashed every time I tried to add screenshots.
For bug reporting, AVOID in game CS! Use the email option instead. It's in the first pin.

It's definitely something I've seen on and off. Rare but does happen. It's nothing new. We have had moments someones gone to rally and ended up rallying a neighbor instead but we always catch it. But if yall can catch screenshots or evidence you can email CS.

600 shovels to get the grand prize in ruins challenge is impossible without spending hundreds of dollars. Even 300 shovels to unlock the top tier is impossible without spending money. Make these prizes more accessible to everyone. The way they are now is outrageous.
I’m kinda mad I completed every single task to get shovels AND spent a bunch of money to reach the 4th tier only to find out I’d have to shell out ALOT more (300 more shovels) for the ambience.
That's pretty low, actually... The boxes for the lair level I'm running now have their least frequent drop at 19.2%, and I darn near never see them.

Maybe this is actually a suggestion but I think of it as more of a bug. If I have 12 seconds left of training, don't allow me to use a 15 hour speedup! Make the threshold much smaller, like within 15 or 30 mins. I've accidentally tapped on a 15 or 24 hour speedup before when I had only minutes left on the timer.
It has been happening with a lot of reports. Also totally separate …. My trials of survival is not gaining any points for any of the quests on either of my accounts

Shovels and intel can be saved for next time, so keep on saving til you have what you need. (I only use my shovels when top tier is hq skins since you also get ironclaw frags for 300 shovels then)

I get this sometimes too. Goes away over time. You can try the fix game button on start up And / or clear the cache on your phone
A player in my alliance hasn't been able to log in since the update. He's tried rebooting the phone and the game. I’ve had to deploy my march multiple times in CTF before it registered on two separate accounts
Apologies if this is a feature and not a bug, but I'm only just now noticing...For those of us w/more than one acct, have we always been unable to train a different amount of troops on each? I usually train the same amount on both accts, but recently wanted to decrease the number of one of them (need the extra rss). However when I changed the amount on one, it changed it for both. Is this a bug or can't we have different training amounts on 2 accts?

I have the same problem. If you change one account then it will change them all. I quit trying for help some time back as the favorite response is that I have connection problems. However good luck with getting help on it.

Checking the lock is of no use. You change the amount of any account and it will change to the same amount on all accounts. I stopped trying to get any help last year after I first noticed it. I got tired of same answer or no answer. I haven't even tried about another annoying bug. I expect it and then correct what I need to.

This happened recently on mine as well.
I’m not sure if this is a bug, but recently while checking my heroes' stats, I noticed something strange with Eve. At +6, she gives a 32K troop boost, but at +7, it only increases to 33K. After putting in so much effort to clear the ruins level, the reward feels really underwhelming. It’s disappointing to work so hard for such a minimal improvement.
It is not a bug. Until very recently we didn't really have access to plus 8 eve. So my conspiracy was they did it to deter people from upgrading her that far back then 🤣

Look at all the march size hero’s. The jump from 6-7 is disappointing for all of them with the big boost at 7-8.
He and Scarlett are the same, 4k from +6 to +7, but 10k from +7 to +8

This happened to me yesterday also. 1 account is Facebook (which I have) and the other is through X (which has completely disappeared).
Did you go through the fix game steps? If so, did it work? Also, those steps seem excessively complex.
X has been an issue for years!
A message was sent out a year or two ago explaining that X/twitter had changed their third party login in system and it is, for the most part, incompatible with PnS log ins. They suggested using another log in as back up instead. I don't know why they haven't removed it from the log in options yet, but they should.

its the API that is the problem and is touch and go if you need to verify log in credentials. don't log out and the issue is mute and void

The usage of curio boxes which gained from mecha event is not considering for Core and Curio event points.
Daily Quest points attained before the update are not considered for the mecha event. Can we expect any fix for this soon?

Claiming the Pass was “fixed”. Over 24 hours later, still not fixed and it cannot be, as the claiming time already resetted.
Instead of fixing the drill, we have to work harder to claim all the rewards - which can be done either way, but still. It wasn’t fixed.

Having an issue with hero’s having full lives and one hit even from an opponents hero with less stats/power killing them all in one hit. Its causing people to lose unjustly in events and it’s not cool. Happening in alliance conquest, prison and arena so far, various players have this issue.

You can only get greens 100 at a time from pulls. Once your prison is high enough to not drop greens, you will only ever get them in increments of 100.

You don’t know what you are crafting until after you hit the craft button
It’s a random scroll of weapons before you hit the button
You can find it digging into descriptions of nanoweapons area but almost everything summoned is % based
Unfortunately, the pictures on the weapon craft screen when you press craft is, 99% of the time, not what you'll craft.
If you want to craft what you see you need blueprints from events, auction house, buying with real money, 50 craft prints, the magnum from the chests you get in alliance trials, the chests you get in 777 and anywhere else you get nanoweapon blueprints. Other than that you are SOL except the click and pray.
I do NOT recommend buying the Ironclaw weapon blueprint from the mall since it is not a guaranteed rarity, so anything less than epic will more than likely be crafted.

It’s normal and noticed for years
Is there an issue with the Mecha chips dropping on the newly spawned Dark Tide Mecha monsters? On the first night I got 19 mecha chips on 640 Dark Tide Insignias (64 rallies). They stopped dropping entirely for over 30 mechas. Same thing happened tonight but sooner. These were all lvl 10 and 11 Mechas with a posted drop rate of 50% on one mecha chip and 25% on 2 chips. On 2 consecutive nights I get 0 chips on over 30 Mecha rallies in a row.
It appeared the drop rate on the mechas that were not just spawned and were around for a while, gave an expected drop rate. I have to think this is a bug with the drop rate on newly spawned mechas? Not sure how 29 mecha chips on 103 mecha rallies seems like a 50% + 25% (2 chip) drop rate. That's closer to a 15% (1 chip) and 10% (2 chip) drop rate not even.

I tried to report Alliance Showdown bug, but even CS isn't working either and can't upload photos.
I accepted a quest, used resources, but never went through but took the number of accepted quest away., did it again again and it went though. Did another quest , used resources, and it didn't go though, disappeared from the event option and to the number of accepted quest away.
Now it shows I've used 13/14 quest, but won't let me buy the last one.
I'm 27 of 30 and out resources, screwed on points, and can't even report though Customer Service.

I have a question about the assist hero in Mecha.... My friend and I are both in two states and my friends assist hero stopped collecting coins for assisting in both states. Is this some sort of a bug or something because mine is working fine.

I am an HQ 34 shooter:
Full shooter heros and shooter troops with SHOOTER formation is 58%.
Full shooter heros and shooter troops with RIDER formation is 63%.
Both these lairs are with 1 vehicle support. These results are consistent. This makes no sense. Please fix.

It is actually an issue with all social media when on an iPhone which is leading to the continued use of Twitter. And it is players whom have been playing since before we could fly into a state where an existing account was already. (Aka, long time players)

The bind has been giving players problems ever since the api changes.

I get this isn’t pns fault but it would be nice if it was easier to unbind an account so we could fix this on our (player) end. Last time I tried to unbind I lost my account for several weeks before they were able to get it back 🤷🏻♀️ so since then I have been reluctant to make any changes lol
Add a secondary and possible a third bind before you unbind, if you unbind your sole bind it’s essentially deleting/abandoning your account
i heard it X-over into something called X, and if that’s the case, it would be X for earth because there is another one for space
I've tried in the past to bind it to both X and Gmail but when I tried it said that you're not allowed to bind it to more than one thing.

Attacking level 14 zombies gives Chester frags instead of Otto frags. Is this normal?
Thank you for the reply @red nest Why just iOS devices? Windows and Android can see these characters. This could lead to unnecessary disputes between players if something appears to say one thing on iOS when in actuality what was said was completely inoffensive, or cause other issues. Prime example, I have been messaging one of my players through DMs and in alliance chat but have never gotten an answer. I learned only yesterday that there are characters in his name I cannot see so he didn’t know I was speaking to him. He almost got kicked out of the alliance for ignoring leadership. Is there no possible fix so that iOS can see what other platforms see?

I agree fancy fonts aren’t a necessity but all players (regardless of platform) being able to see exactly the same thing as everyone else is fairly important, I would think. Is there a bug in the new fancy heroes timed tavern event? The first beach tiles lvl gives you 8 of the new timed tavern thingy tkns but they’re nowhere to be seen. And not in my bag. Same thing happened on 4 accounts so far. Note: I have likely misread the event instructions so please be kind 😊

Timed tavern or beach tiles? If it’s beach tiles it’s because you don’t have any refreshes left, you have to either buy them or win them somewhere.

In the information section, it indicates all three options (discard, withdraw, refresh) are available yet when I hit continue to resume it indicates only “discard” and “withdraw” are available.

So I was in the middle of the best alliance trial attempt I have ever had and my phone died. I plugged it in immediately and turned it back on and when I got back on it didn’t have a pop up saying Ongoing battle fight. Why does it do that for other match 3 like campaign or arena but not alliance trial?
Once again in the arena battles are abruptly ending before they're finished. I had all of my heroes activated and the opposing lineup was almost dead, but it went to the lost screen. This has happened twice. I recall the devs saying to SS or record it happening, but it's impossible to screen record because it's random and I'm not going to record every match just in case.

Hi All I am having problems logging into my game on two devices . Get continually Login Failed Message when trying to open. First device failed yesterday. Deleted and reinstalled. Now have another message on that device.
Check or change you internet connection. Try to contact support.
You seem to be in need of contacting Customer Support (CS). May I suggest one of the following options:
Option 1 | In-Game
Tap on 'More' (gear icon, bottom right of task bar) > Settings > Help > Contact CS. Submit a new ticket by clicking "My Tickets" at the top right corner.
Option 2 | Email

You will need your UID, which can be found under Settings > Account

Anyone else not being able to log on to another account bound to facebook ???
I am getting the same error, tried with my home WiFi and the 5G network and nothing has worked for me unfortunately as of yet
Mine is my Goggle acct. Facebook one is still working.... but was getting weird notice about it being a guest account not bound when trying to switch accounts on my tablet.
I have 2 accounts linked to apple & another 2 linked to facebook, I can’t login to the facebook ones at all
It's the devices I think both are Samsung mobiles that have failed for me. .
Yeah my Samsung isn't working I've managed to get on with an old redmi phone though
Just hope they resolve the issue or shield accounts for valiant 😳
