I’ve complained about her drop rate several times, sent it in to CS as well. I got her when she first came out, at least a year ago, and she’s still not +5.
@sullen oxide where can I get four star perfect frags? I don’t do nuka, so that’s out.

Yes I saw that but enhance material just goes directly into your bag. You’ll see it for when you enhance another weapon. If you don’t, you contact CS. Unfortunately there’s nothing we can do as Mods.

CS is the only one with access to accounts. We don’t have anything like that so we can’t see what happened, where.

You should have gotten one of the green maintenance chests, which tells you the sound portion of the game will be off for several hours as they are fixing the issue.
I have sound for the game turned off anyway, so I didn’t even know there WAS an issue.

I’ve thought the same thing, and still do when I’m frustrated.
What we’re not seeing is behind the scenes and info coming from the developers in what IS being done. We see patch notes, sometimes, about the next maintenance, which are usually as clear as mud.
What I’m trying to say is that some of the changes we want, like a new chat interface and a toggle to turn the censor on and off, take many months of research, planning, and development. We may not see any suggested change for many months!
Take arena, for example. There were complaints for a year or more about how bad it was (there still are complaints). It took them that long to look at their options, figure out what they wanted to do, develop what we have now, then implement it.
On the flip side of this: just because we make suggestions about new content or changes, doesn’t meant they’re going to take our suggestions and run with them.

Party gifts…in order to get the package the person who bought the gift gets, you have to purchase the package yourself and everyone else gets the speed ups or whatever.
Keep at CS, and report them here, with the screenshots so mods can follow up, for the issues with the missing promoters.

Don’t get your hopes up. They (Devs) are rarely capable of fixing these bugs. Don’t know whether it’s due to incompetence or laziness. Very probably both.

Did you immigrate? If you start this event before you immigrate, it resets your progress. You won’t be able to complete it. It happened to me after I immigrated.

The other feature I liked bout having the in-game part was you didn't need the full points to exchange for credit. It allowed for partial payment (eg 234pts) then calculated the monetary price. Also allowed me to keep track of pts with each purchase made

OK, here is another bug: I am a shooter. With Ephraim+8, Phoenix+6, Requiem+6, Hartwell and Griffin, I can do a 37 zombie lair with 55%. I recently had Marlowe and Meyers to +6. I used them instead of Heartwell and Griffin. Guess what. Loss. 46%. Could someone explain to me why? I spent real money to get them to +6. In +6 both Marlowe and Meyers have +51,2% troop bonus. Attack, defense, HP. This bonus, supposedly applies to either fighters, shooters or riders. Heartwell gives +50% attack, defense and Hp to shooters and Griffin gives +50% attack and defense to shooters. By replacing them with Marlowe and Meyers who give +51,2% bonus to all troops, including shooters, I should have got the same or better percentage on the zombie lair. Not to loose by almost 10%. I think for some reason, the +51,2 bonus of Marlowe and Meyers doesn't apply on the attack.... I wait for an answer. Sorry for my aggressive tone but I spent real money....

Try only replacing griffin... hartwell I heard can be a real pain to to replace not a glitch lairs are weird for shooters. I'm doing 39s. I replaced griffin with dara shes only +1 my lair was 50% my normal lair percent is 54%. Which proves weirdness

For me it is a bug, unless someone proves me wrong with a solid explanation based on numbers, algorithms or whatever. Not really a bug we as shooters have always struggled. Have you done multiple tests. Switching out just 1 etc. Sometimes testing will prove what what hero set works for you. I can't see it as a bug tbh especially when I know I've struggled switching out heros as well.

I have switched my heroes. Still Heartwell and Griffin do better than either a +6 Meyers or Marlowe.... Which is mathematically unexplainable.

I would like answers based on percentages, maths, algorithms. Not by experience. A solid explanation. 1+1 equals 2. When I see that the 50% fares way better than the 51,2%, I would like to know why and how. I still remind that I have spent real money. For me it is a mighty bug, since there is not a solid explanation why this happens.

At least just write on the corresponding Hero, that since the hero is a fighter style, his attack troop bonus doesn't apply on shooters. This would be honourable. I would not choose the hero to raise. But since there isn't such a mention, it is a bug. And this bug cost me quite a few. It is like buying a product that is faulty.

You are ignoring the 500% tactical skill. So what is happening is you are adding 1.2% troop atk and losing 500% shooter tactical

Still, on all heroes it says +500% tactical troop attack. The exact same thing on Heartwell, Griffin, Meyers, Marlowe.

Thus, since the +500% is troop attack and not shooters attack, with Marlowe and Meyers I should get better results by using them instead of Heartwell and Griffin... I insist that it is a BUG and should be resolved. Or if it is not, there should be a clarification note on each hero. People spend money and in the end they do not get what they paid.

It says tactical troop attack on all heroes. It doesn't say that on Heartwell and Griffin it is tactical shooters attack and on Marlowe and Meyers tactical fighters attack. It is exactly the same thing on all. So the 51,2% should fare better than the 50% not 10% eorse

Both have the same tactial % for fighters. San's best is 50% Def and atk for fighters. Tomoyo's best is 125% atk, hp and Def to all troop types. Tomoyo has other increases with skins and nanos weapons.

The issue started when I logged into that account after reset. That account is not in alliance conquest.
Also some of my teammates who are also not in alliance conquest have reported the same problem.
My other account which is in alliance conquest, has no issue of that popping up.

That's incorrect. She was middle battle and joined a lair then couldn't go back and this happened. Then when she restarted it showed she lost but on my end it showed her still battling and she wasn't even in it. She won her other one. It's also been reported by other they couldn't go back in but I found it strange it said she was still battling.

Because the heroes have troop stats boost that affect all troop types. You can always use a fighter boost hero (zephyr, ulrik) to do comparison instead (they do better at+4). Troop based heroes have their own merit in mixed troop type super reinforcement.

Sanguine is boosting JUST fighters. Tomoyo boosts ALL troops. So she is more powerful than Sanguine when she is +6. This is not a bug or a problem. Just because a hero is 5* doesn’t mean they’re stronger at every single level of enhancement than a fully enhanced 4* hero. You’ll soon hit a point where Sanguine is not enough.

I put on a 8 hour shield at 8pm pacific time which would have given me a hour after the end of VC. But no I get attacked at 2.46 thats 14 minutes before the end.
Two weeks ago two of my small accounts I put up a 3 day shield they only lasted 24hr.
This glitch needs fixed!!!
Not going to CS have had nothing but bad experiences with them. But the guy got shit load of points and millions and millions of RSS he was a happy camper.

Our leader put up 8 hour at the same time and got attacked at the same time as me. The 8 hour shields dropped early

They do work, the replies are often slow in coming. Those of us in North America often forget that their sleep time is our work time, so we have to at least wait until they log in to the interface and sort through hundreds or thousands of messages before they get to ours.
They have fixed issues for me rather quickly. And I send screenshots of spammers almost daily so they can be banned.
I have also sent in suggestions, etc.

I have sceenshots that show what the game says and it was done exactly as it says. I can't attach shots because of slowmode. I did exactly what it says and rather than making it right they choose to let a paying customer walk. $275 in two weeks and they choose to piss away any future money over something that is their fault that would have cost them nothing to fix. If they are going to put the game out in english they need to learn to speak it. The game says "every 100 Diamond(s) obtained via purchasing boxes will be granted 1 Lucky Coin." There is no room for interpretation there, it's pretty simple. It's wrong, it is in fact a lie. Boxes and obtain are two words they need to learn.

Unless I purposely chose advance coins from showdown rewards or something, I don’t get many at all.
This is by design though. All of the 5 star heroes available via the coins (and gold hero cards) is available in the mall at some point: they would rather we buy them.
Plus: McArty you can get from the pit, and Requiem is first rewards for zombies, then occasionally after that.

Does anyone else find that the game randomly sends heroes with your gathering marches, even though they don't appear on the screen when you deploy? Nukaland is problematic again since last week, should we expect that the second slot to be affected as well?

Do tiles reset themselves? Like if they have 100 or less on them, do they disappear before new ones pop up? Or do they have to be gathered?

I only ask here because it’s happened to me twice where a tile has vanished on my while I’m marching to it. It’s happened 2 times. Both times were in mud area. And I know I’m not crazy because I was marching to an occupied tile.

We sent a march at the same time it took them 2 minutes to march there and me 8 minutes. It was a brand new level 7 tile… and unless they used a recall skill and the tile respawned before I could get there is very odd…

My Rider march might was 293,634,055. I promoted 4* Apex Curved Bow (which gave 1% Troop ATK DEF HP) to a 5* using 500 Weapon Promoters. This increases Troop ATK DEF HP to 6%.
My Rider march might dropped to 293,010,190...a decrease of 623,865.
I did not do anything or change anything else.

What gives or what happened that I missed?

Thanks! And I did follow the IOS webpage, I believe the issue is with delivery, since te code was valid. I just didn’t get anything. Same has happened now with reward boxes from Trials, specifically the silver and red ones. I sent a message to CS through the game, and I am hoping I get an answer. I am afraid to open any boxes until this is fixed.

How do I upgrade the version of the game I have to what's current. I tried hitting fix game and still the same. Would this be affecting the no sound in game problem I have. Also I am not seeing the arrow to upgrade one troop to next level

You update through your phone’s app store. Fix game is just if it’s broken. Sound you go to More > Settings > Map Adjustment > Force Enable.

Troops can only be promoted to the highest tier you have unlocked. It’s in the top left of the camp screen (fighter, rider, shooter, or vehicle). If you don’t see it, it means you can’t promote your troops because they are at the highest tier that you have.

I thought the routes were supposed to be random? Going the same exact route 4 times doesn’t seem very random.

It is random in that it can go in literally any direction, it doesn’t have a set path. So if it goes in the same one repeatedly, it doesn’t mean it’s not random. It is still random because randomness just says it’s not pre-set or predetermined.

There is no such thing as “nap”. That’s player made. The game does not recognize anything to do with nap.
