It's been changed the original patch notification mentioned t13s, lvl 55 lairs etc.
It's why I told you to reread patch #❗status-update message
They sent out a system message in game as to why.
That's my point, I've wasted speedups on builds preparing for t13s that I now can't get.
I'm assuming the original patch notification has been split and hopefully what wasn't updated will be another update soon approaching.
P.S I'm not the only whose wasted items rss and speedups based on the original notification. Just FYI.

It is because the “buy all” is a single $30 purchase which is not one of the options for Recharge Rebate.

So I still can’t get into game. Emailed them and I get told to go in game to send them a message about my problem, but it fails to send to them every time and I have already pressed fix game and it’s still giving me the same problem. Was not able to get on at all yesterday 10/29 and already 11:16am here and still can’t get on 10/30 so… what exactly am I to do to get in? Because seems like I will be getting no help via email, and customer support in game or Facebook messenger

It is so frustrating to go round and round with no results.
I keep on entering game to go through start process and when try to recover I loose new and returned yo previous one. Then when disconnect again start with absolutely new one.

Already done that twice through game CS and FB global support over the mail, but was asked to go again through CS and entering game starts new characters and when I switch account it switches to the previously created new account. And it goes round and round.

Can’t finish the level!!
I couldn't finish the BrickMaster level on PC where I was able to play. the iPad version does not show the bottom portion of the screen making it impossible to play because the bumper board is not visible at the bottom...

Hello. I don’t know if I’m the only one who has this problem, but I don’t receive any notifications from the game at all on my phone. I can't find out when construction will end, Return troops from plundering resources and so on. I asked my friends, they have the same problem. Is it possible to fix this so that background notifications can still arrive on the phone?
Notifications have been broken for close to two years. A new device sometimes fixes the problem, maintenance sometimes does, sometimes they work randomly but in a different language. Fixing this does not seem to be high on their priorities list.

This brick event.. I can’t play. Because after I start, the base at bottom can’t be seen. Therefore I have no control over it. All I see is the ball go up. Then I lose. Really fun.
Similar with the.mini game on mobile. On iPad, the paddle doesn't show AT ALL, even with tablet mode. On mobile, the paddle shows, but doesn't respond or let me use the phone's stylus. Another award winning mini game you've got👏👏👏

Chromebook doesn't have very much RAM or ROM, the game may have gotten too big for it. Might need to switch to a computer or mobile device.
If you install rotation control you can force game to show in the middle of screen in landscape, then can see all of brick master. Well, it works on my Tab S8 running lineage gsi anyway.

I have different % for fighter atk, hp, def when I look at boost detail and then compare with report. It looks to me as if the cores are not included in the report
Please turn off Auto when getting into battles in sim training. It is super annoying and we need to manage this right from the start.
Are there any reports of the sim pass generation time resetting, either when you use a SIM pass, or if you exit and enter the building again? I have some examples of it happening to me but I'm not sure if it's a widespread issue because I haven't seen any other posts about it

As an addendum to my horizon hub bug, it seems that if I let my game rest overnight I'm not able to go over 25 of 32 SIM passes in my countdown keeps resetting every time I go in at that 25 mark. I have level 35 horizon hub
Core troop boosts are being added twice to selection screen boost info pages. They're already included in your passive boosts, and show up again in those boost info pages. They don't appear doubled on actual combat logs' info, but it's confusing, so please fix.

Hi I'm having an issue where my match up isn't working properly, and I'm not getting rewards for cmdr duel conquest, even if I win I'm still rank 0 with no changes even if I win the fight
Maybe you know this already, but... the ranking is done by the points you win or lose each battle. In the battle you showed above, you lost and were down to about 800 points left. You need to win enough battles to have enough points (at least 1000, I think) to rank in your battle division.
I understand but my point is, I am not being matched correctly at all, as I have lost every battle every time I've done it so far and before I was earning 500-1000 medals each time the event was up
It would show no change every time whether id win or lose, so my ranking doesn't change. And even in fights I have a fairer chance in, or one's where the comparison shows I would win - I still usually end up losing
And at one point I was rank 10000 or something which didn't make sense as some match ups prior to the updates I could easily get into top ten before I pummeled down lower but enough to get rewards
Commander duel if you are small even in New states you'll have a disadvantage and lose. You have a mixed troop lineup that puts you at an even higher disadvantage. Haven't seen your stats or the person your fighting but you losing is pretty accurate
I'm not sure if I'm explaining it correctly, but I didn't have this issue prior. Literally only started happening within the most recent updates. So I know it isn't a competitive issue. As even if I win I'm still rank 0 or 10000 or whatever

If your new state bracket has any hq rushers yea being at the bottom of the barrel will make ya struggle lol this was a big update too adding t12s at a sooner hq level and adding t13s. Stats also matter but yea I've seen a shift in Commander duel since it was added

Apologies if it’s been reported already, but anytime I get a hero battle in the Horizon Hub, the battle automatically starts on Auto fight. I’ve restarted game multiple times, and toggled the auto button, but it still does it every time.

Is twitter all your bound to? And do you realize twitter has been asked to stop using for over a year. Worst cones to worst if you can't access it. Either find your way to a pc version or message CS
I have 2 accounts utilizing twitter. I’ve tried to unbind them but was told by support it was not possible.
It's why you add new binds to em. Can't unbind something without other binds attached. But I gave you ways to access your account I suggest when you get back in to add additional binds. Could fix itself on its own but twitters known to cause issue

So game is download correct and you can pull it up? If so have you tried a VPN to bypass that loading issue? Sometimes there's something stubborn stuck and VPN helps sometimes
I think it is trying to update cause it says update failed. So I thought I didn't have room on my phone. But I checked. I do have room. So I don't know why the update keeps failing
My game will load on my tablet but some things will not work. Like ruins battles. This picture is in my ruins battle on my table. So what ever is going on is not just on my phone
Yes try a VPN. I use proton. And sometimes it'll help force the update through. I've had this issue and vpns have helped
Try getting the update directly from your App Store. That'll help sometimes too.

Yes I have gotten one reply from CS asking what steps I have done but haven’t heard anything else. I did have Apple refund me for a purchase I didn’t make a couple days ago. Would this affect it? I’ve cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, clicked fix game, putting phone on airplane mode and then off, switching wifi and Bluetooth off and on, basically everything but a VPN

"Bonds of Destiny" item collection event is not available for viewing anywhere in the game. This must be a mistake since previous event types like the SAW and Death Express events had their item collection events viewable from the start.

My friend was in nuka, sheilded. Didn't hit anyone, didn't get hit by anyone or anything and then she gets zeroed still with a sheild on. On her screen the sheild was active, and then out of no where it just randonly dropped. I know nuka losses aren't permanent but it's a bug none the less and it needs addressed.
So this I don't know how to describe this. But it's not a bug something about tile timing if you are not careful sending out drops your shield no warning. So be careful and don't rush sending troops out if your bubbling.
it also depends on what level your friend was gathering from in nukaland because I was in nukaland and gathering nothing but lvl 2 with just one troop and I do not get in the top 80
You bounce off of people if you arrive second, it's happened to me everytime. If that were true then she'd have a battle report of her attacking a tile and she doesn't. It is a bug
Your not hearing me right. It's not a bug I've talked to CS about it. In packed nukas there are moments if you are not watching times you will be labeled the attacker and lose your shield. As someone who has this happened a handful of times it was my fault every single time cause I wasn't being careful. Imo opinion not a bug a human error
You see the screenshot, no? If she attacked anyone, even on accident due to timing, then in her battle reports it would have said she failed her attacked or she has won her attack on nuka ore. However, there's absolutely no battle report saying that she attacked, ever. Therfore her sheild should hsve never been dropped.

I’m sure this might be a known bug, but it’s downright annoying. When switching talents, it seems there’s a pretty significant delay for stat changes to take effect. In my case, it’s enough to go from 50% using my military talent to 49% on a L43 lair. Is there a known way/timing to get around this? Thanks.

When are you switching talents? The talent applied is the one that's on when the march leaves your sanc, make sure you're in the right talent before the march leaves

Try getting that notification by 3🤦♂️ I had to turn outside game notifications cause it started sending for my main and 2 farms all at once

Yes according to message that pns sent me I only had to unlink one acct relink it to the new email. My devices all have a different email so there's only a single option available. I found the email to send this too as well

If they were in the same account there is no way to separate them. If you had two separate accounts. Then it would be possible. But when you unlinked it before linking a new one. Now it’s in limbo and have to wait for CS to recover

Not exactly a bug, but an issue. We noticed that during valiant, out of state members’ resource tiles will have a banner in a dark shade of orange, while in-state members have the traditional red. This will be an issue for colorblind folks, plus sighted folks who can’t easily discern between the two similar colors. Can this be reported and a fix requested?

So, we have a massive issue. Because of the games laggy server problems, one of our members accidentally spent literal shit ton of alliance stock coins. Considering it was the games lag that caused this to happen, I feel like it should be reversible by the developers. If it was just a few million I wouldn't care but it was almost 1 billion. Help please and thank you.

Bug in 'Nova & Module' event. Bought the '2K Nova Ecn. Pts' in both the 'Rare Earth Shop' and 'Ruins Shop', neither were counted in the 'Nova & Module' event.
Lv 21 'Christmas Tree' reward of 5x '2K Nova Mil. Pts' also don't count towards the 'Nova & Module' event.

If they are in your bag you will not get points till opening. They need to be loose gems

Getting Nova gems is using em. Pns is not great with wording. Usually is Trial and error what they mean but that is pretty clear

Its like... whats in your bag you own, but you havent open in such things. You need to "use" (open) it, it will not be used at research Lab

Technically not a bug. Idk if it's the fact of its an overseas game where translations and words get weird sometimes. But to get Nova gems Some are loose gems you get and some are hoarded bag gems you open. So in turn no bug. Cause you can get loose Nova gems
Oh also hitting the use button next to the Nova gems is getting Nova gems.
As long as its in your bag you didnt get it. When you hit "use" button you open those gems and get it. It will not get directly used in research Lab, the use is meant to transfer those out of the bag to get to just have lay around open or if you then have enough together to spend them in research center

You 'get points' when your Nova points (pointed by the arrow) increase. If Nova points don't increase, you haven't gotten points.
You 'use points' when you click upgrade.

We call em joke quests there's lots of different points same amount quests and stuff like that
Look at the time available to complete the quests. Shorter timed quests are “harder” so give more points.
Weekly Login Gifts: Are you limited to 1 Timed Recruit Coin per week, or total? Maybe I'm crazy, but I've been logining in every day, since I started playing, and I check that free gift daily, but gave only gotten 1 coin total over the past 2 weeks. A bug or I'm nuts.
You should be getting 1 every week. Is it possible you used the other at some point?

Hey I don't know if anyone here can help, but after this update I cannot get into the game . I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it just isn't working. It will start to load, get about halfway there and put up a msg that the update failed. Then the thing that checks the update will stop working at 10% completed.

Try going to your game app and downloading it from there. I had to do that for tablet mode, loaded right away after.
I have a player in my alliance that is having the same issue and he has done everything to try and access the game. He keeps getting to 10% and it crashes. He has contacted support but the idea they gave him he has already tried. He has tried Force Stopping, Clearing Cache, Removing the App and re-download it but still is having the same issue.

An update... popped VPN on then went in the way I clear cache and opened app from there and it finally downloaded it

Delete the app and download it from the actual website from the main game. That is what my guy did in my alliance to get it to work.
I believe its a android issue from when they did the update
But that directs me to play store for the download.

Once you get it to work you can go back and use Google Play

we discovered that the two bots that join zombie Lairs from lvl 1 to 15 dont join anymore. Does anyone know what the Problem is?
You've exceeded either the hq limit, or lair limit. I'm not sure which. Or people are joining lairs.
Several of our members tested lairs without others helping. And there were no bots.
I'm not sure whether there's an hq limit, or if it's lair limit. But once you reach it, they don't show anymore.
Newcomers tested, also other ones with big HQs

Something about the world champion update caused Apex Match to have a perpetual ! notification.
I cleared the perpetual notification by cycling through the tabs at the top of the apex screen. I didn't check to see if it turned back on the next time I logged in.
Also, does anyone know why the WLC charms (hospital, exploit quest) are showing up even though I'm not taking part on the event?

Those nova gems go to your bag. You need to add them to your open total to get points.

Noticed training speed up showdown tasks are not properly being credited with the use of the general speed ups. One of my alliance members complained last showdown about the building speed up task and this is most likely the same issue. You can see that the time for the task never changes as I use the regular speed ups - I used 3, 5, and 10 minute speed ups with the same effect. The time needed to complete training reduces properly but the task is never credited. Please beware and report to CS accordingly

You’re right about that, sorry I accidentally took screen shots reducing the research instead of the training but I noticed it first on training and it made me wonder why the time was not credited. When I was speeding up the training I know I used it for training the first time, but went back two additional times and might have clocked the research center instead of the rider camp for those screen shots 😬

Well im trying to post a short video of a major bug but it won't let me. In special operations 3 there appears to be tiles under the tiles we see and those are the ones that move and can't really play it because we can't really see what tiles we are moving.
It's a bug usually fixed by going into a rally if ones up or restarting, or fixed game
Tiles under tiles are moving but can't move the top tiles. This is in the Special Operations 3. Messes with game play.
If you close the app, when you relaunch it will say there is an ongoing battle and allow you to resume.

Lorren seens having troop booster ,but does not apply even if set team ,also symbol shows she categorized economy type.
You have not evolved lorren enough to activate the troop atk be active. You need her to be higher.
And the stat will be passive, so using her in a lineup wont change anything.
And many heroes with troop atk are labeled as economy heroes. They arent specific to fighter/shooter/rider.

When I open Noah's Tavern, it opens on Basic Recruit, however, it won't switch to the other 2 in order for me to use any other coins in the tavern. This is across all my HQs and happened in the last hour. I have a assignment from the cultivating center for the advance recruit, but can't complete it because of this, and must spend diamonds to rest it to something different. Please advise.

Anyone else having issues with PnS on PC and switching accounts. I cannot switch from a facebook login to facebook login. The login dialog box never opens up it just immediately logs me into account #2. I have tried updating, restarting, logging out of facebook in my web browser as well as application. Nothing seems to help.

Facebook has always been sort of an issue on pc once 1 account us hooked up there it's rare it pops up needing the password sometimes if I spam the switch to Facebook option I can get it to pop up

Getting gems from rare earth puts them in your bag which doesn’t give points. Using them from your bag (or from the Nova + in the top right corner) is how you earn points

The PC version, last I knew, does 'updates' by reinstalling the program but isn't coded properly to delete the old. Sometimes old versions can interfere with new version. That might make sense since your issues corresponded with the newest update ? Check the versions on your home/work PCs to see if one has recently updated

Spec Ops box doesn’t show Ayane weapon
Those are two different Spec Ops Boxes.
The second image is “Spec Ops Design Box II” which will contain a different list of designs available.
If you check 777 coins page and click on the spec ops, it shows Ayane weapon
Please see the background. It’s blurry but you can still see that I checked it on 777 event box
But when I got the ops box from 777 it turned out to be spec ops 2 boxes.
Okay. So the issue is that the icon on the first page of Joy 777 shows the contents of the “Special Ops Design Box”- which has the option to get Ayane’s weapon.
But after spinning, you received the “Special Ops Design Box II” which doesn’t contain the design.
If you click the “check rewards” link. It’ll show the probability of the rewards and all boxes are II
I will report the issue that the wrong box is being advertised.

I found this issue only happens in the simplified Chinese version (but not the English version). In Campaign Chapter 3-3, when this little girl showed up, the app always got stuck there. No matter what option I chose, the app stuck until I exited the game.

Is there a bug with purchases? I applied for a refund this evening because I tried to buy something yesterday during the Ace event (I think it was speedups or something, priced at 9.99), the Google play store took me through the payment process and said paid but when it forwarded me back to the game it gave me the same little box it gives when you try to back out of a purchase (Which I didn't ad I really wanted the speedups), thst said purchase failed.
I only realised this evening that I'd been billed by Google so I included details in my note. It's the 3rd time this week that I've had this happen. I went to purchase a nova thing just now and have had the same thing happen again.
No item, the recharge failed thing, but the payment has gone through on Google. Only 0.99 this time though. Is this a bug or is my account broken?
Similar but not receiving items either. Just getting the failed message, no items. But Google playstore is processing payments. It happened 3x in a week so I applied for refund but I've just had it happen a 4th time for a lesser amount too. Its putting me off buying now.
Im sorry you’ve been going through this too. It is sneaky of them to charge us days after showing a failed transaction. The CS replied me to saying that they’ll “try” to do something about it and contact me if they have a resolution. And of course they never reached out back to me ever since. I also tried emailing their CS and I have never received any response. I gave up
I’m pretty sure the might from Cores is not being counted in the Flag Capture event, at least for me. My might in there is approximately 1 billion less than my lair might, which is around what I’ve added with Cores.
Just wanted to point out the game is very glitchy, even on base settings to see if it helped.
I have wifi 6 and 1gig speeds, no other apps running on S22 device. The game becomes very digital, and pixelated frequently, with a lot of lag, and "white circle". Any suggestions?
My graphics perform excellent in other heavy games on high settings, so do not think the device is the issue.
Pns will find the 1 thing wrong with your internet and lag. Try shutting down your device for 10 to 15 minutes see if it helps

Is there something wrong with the converting mechanism of the game?
Either that or PNS is falsely advertising that event items will be converted to distress signals after the event ends? Why are there adrenaline boosters and now Kumamoto Tomatos cluttering up my bags? Rather than being converted to Distress Signals when the event ended which was what the game event instructions stated.
Can you please look into this and fix it and convert these items before the next distress signal event starts? That would be great...thanks!
It's not a bug. Usually they make then convertible with the next update or after a colab ends. It's how it's always been. It's just mysterious on a when. And then there are sometimes it's convertible right away
It seems that PNS interrupts my game play daily for new versions of their game being detected and immediately kicking me out and updating my game, usually at the absolute worst times for me. You would think they might be a little closer to the time frame the event ends on converting these items...You know something that the players actually want and are counting on. I actually question if the developers understand why we play this game or if they just vie us as mindless robots waiting to give them money???? How long has it been since the last adrenaline booster event, months? We haven't had an update or a collab since then? Come on...

Anyone else having issues with gathered resources (wood, food, steel, n gas) not showing up in their bag or warehouse? Gathered 1,058,501 in wood from alliance mill and then 2 troops gathered 280,000 food from tiles and NONE of it showed up in my bag or warehouse. Received credit/points for them in daily quest but the resources are not there for me to use.
Rare Earth Mines: after I steal a pit, the battle result appears announcing win, but no other box appears after to report total stolen. It used to appear separate when I tap in victory screen from pit battle.

But what im saying is I've seen it outside this game too. I think it's something due to time translations so can't be a bug if this isn't the only spot I see it. Also technically midnight is 00:00 if we talking military time so it's definitely gotta be normal
Most likely how they programmed it as convert starting time as local time then +1 … but didn’t program it as time (00:00-23:00), just basic numbers. So rather than the correct 00:00-01:00 it’s 24:00 +1 🤦🏻♀️

Ray Ramos skill is not working in Hero Duel Survival. His skill may be working in older states, but newer states are not. Tried using him in S800 and only the animation is lit but no effect.
So it also appears Ray's ability doesn't work in campaign too.
How enhanced is your Ray? Like most heroes, don’t expect much from a +0 ray
He is +1 but look at video, he deals no damage at all. His ability damage = 0. Even animation is not working correctly. In the Ray's Trial event everything is working correctly, but in the other challenges he is just broken
Why is Ray Ramos just "Shaking the screen" every time I use him in the campaign? he is supposed to deal 240% damage. Other buffs seem to be working for him.

morning! I have a quick question. I'm doing a sponsored event and one of the people who's completed getting a 5-star character and lvl 5 headquarter isn't showing up for me. They clicked the link and everything is there a way to reconnect the account?
Does a puzzle that can't be solved count as a bug? I plugged all 6 possibilities into a solver when I couldn't get to the bottom of the last 3 vials; all possible color combinations have 0 solutions.

Is the 7* research gear properly displaying its boosts? The original announcement said it would reduce nanotube cost, which I sort of assumed was a mistype and they meant proton accels, but it doesn't seem to reduce cost of either. Is the expectation really that we'll spend $150-300 for 12% off wood, the only rss cost in research that matters, and a 120% research speed boost? Yes, I yelled to the captains about it this morning. I lost a spec op run, and 2 sim training runs
I lost an arena match too, they used to let you continue if it didn't take too long to come back
It still gives you the option to continue, but just brings you to the auto fail.

Suspending accounts for saying words without context is the stupidest thing I’ve ever seen, and has now happened to multiple accounts. I’m not spending any money on the game knowing that saying anything, even something as benign as shenanigans, is going to get me kicked out of my own account.
That's ridiculous. I got 24-hour silenced once because I was having a conversation about school administrators. They can be a little over-zealous.

Making inappropriate comments in a 12/13+ game will be you muted. The filter will auto mute.

Mutes and kicks should be reviewed for context. a 60-minute auto for someone to review would've made much more sense than 24-hour based on a bot.
Admin is the only 1 I understand 24 hours for its to prevent impersonation or whatever that is of devs
yeah, I get why, and on review if someone actually is impersonating an admin, I hope they permaban em. but a little faster turnaround on the mute would've been nice. even 12 hours, to me, would be much more reasonable than 24 hrs since bots don't understand cir***stances 😂

Is there a reason why many in the same alliance all had their shielded disappear but CS is refusing to correct it and claiming no shields… we all saw each other’s shields on. 🙄
If you used 3 day shields, this is a known issue.
Screenshot when you put them up, and battle reports from being scouted/hit.
As far as I know, no one has ever been able to prove that the shields were the problem and not user error to PNS' satisfaction.

No, they strongly recommended over a year ago to not bind to twitter and to change the bind if you were because twitter was changing their 3rd party API so there were fewer free spots open and going mostly to pay for the service.
It's not 37GAMES' fault if people just delete system messages without reading them and don't read back in patch notes to see what's up, or ask questions if they weren't playing then.

I was going to bind to fb but accidentally started a new one there and it wouldn't let me bind my main. so I was waiting on a reply for them to delete it before I could bind my main account
Is there a known bug that is preventing the total collection of a tile? Many of my members have reported their marches returning early and leaving, like, 5 resources behind. They swear they check before dispatching that their marches can collect it all.

When you have an issue and you are using tablet mode, we've been asked to include that in the description since there isn't a channel specifically for tablet mode, and report it in what used to be bug hunt pc, which must have been archived.
But yes, it's annoying af, but I suspect it's an issue on the Apple end of the equation.

Hello all, We have a member with two accounts. one bound to FB one bound to Gmail. whenever they switching back to their facebook from the gmail acct she gets a loading screen with spinning wheel that never goes any further. The only way she was ultimately able to get back into her main (the FB account) was to completely uninstall the app and reinstall and then login after the tutorial. have any other users encountered this bug?
Playing on my phone the newest version of the game doesn't load when you are in game can't open mail or quests or join lair rallies and can't go to outside map
Yes, several members from our alliance have encountered this. Change the FB binding to a different Gmail.

This morning (it's 7:50 am here) as I opened the game, it downloaded some "game resources" and I can't log back in. The process always kicks me out of the game at 88% - 94%.
Already did a fix game with the same result.

There're free safe VPNs like Proton
They were all suggestions which have proven to work in the past.

You will be ok without your UID. Sonetimes updates get sticky. I have to force open and force close often with them on a VPN
Same! It let me log in at first as a brand new account but when i went to switch to google it kicked me out of VPN and game again.

Being its a loading issue there's a good chance CS will give same list as we did. I'm on android and it loaded fine. But usually when it gets stuck I have to force close turn on a VPN then force open. They get sticky sonetimes fix theirself

55% is a known issue that one's usually associated with an issue in the user's internet
Also all having issue I haven't seen suggested check your phones storage. It could be you are running outta room. Had an issue on my old phone with that. PnS is kinda big compared to other apps 😂
Thanks Blue, yes checked all that, cleaned up tablet etc & plenty of room/RAM. It seems to freeze out on the download of the new update..gets to 44/45 resources at around 92% then reopens game and it crashes at between 88-92% every time..I’ll keep trying. Appreciate the suggestions

Same exact issues as others reported. Android tablet, all fine until this morning. Unistalled, reinstalled, keeps failing to load at 88%. Glad not just me, but clearly their error somewhere with others affected exact same way
The only thing left to try is a full factory reset on the device, but after all that have been said here, I doubt it'll work.

I had the issue where it was crashing on loading screen on my android emulator. I fixed it by upping the memory to 2gb.

Just tried the fix game again and noticed it doesn't finish to download the update before closing and trying to get into the game as if it was finished.
Did it twice to confirm it and got the same result.
