Yes. It was fixed. But the other issue is a problem with your phone and how it loads the game. It’s specific to your phone and the load the game is putting on it.

I believe there's a bug with the alliance box progress bar. It does not increase when claiming the free boxes given when others buy a box. It only increases when you claim someone else's "free" alliance box.

I'm not entirely sure what you're seeing. There are two progress bars on the Alliance gift? page. The top one is the one that grows as you claim the free boxes given when others buy a gift. When that bar fills up, you receive a "Grand Gift". Claiming the grand gift is what sends points to the second bar. When the second bar fills, your Alliance Gift level goes up.

Update: Originally I was only awarded 6,489 or some odd points in Diamond Expert, but after going back to the game, it updated and I was awarded the full 10k, so it seems there is some delay when using the wheel.

When you say personal bar, are you referring to the bat that counts up to 2 million, or the one that counts to a lower number. Neither bar on that page is really personal. ETA That's not quite correct, I believe the 2 million bar to be the personal one.

Fox's Test asks what you get back when recycling a hero and still has now incorrect answer including frags. The game is wrong and if you answer correctly you may lose rewards. CS told me same thing I told them, you get serum and books. I know that but the game does not know it. Can somebody pass this along for what should be a simple fix ?

This isn't me but someone in my alliance that dosent do discord. They have lost over 100,000 troops. They are not gathering/camping etc. Talents is set to military. The numbers in parade grounds and numbers in camps are not matching. They have put in tickets but the resolution dosents stick for more than a day. Looks like something didn't load finish or the asset was missing. Maybe try fix game on the loading screen.

As of reset today, the match portion of the event is over. You can only exchange things in the shop.

If the issue occurred before reset, you may had some connection issues and try out what @vagrant oriole suggested above next time a similar issue happens.

I had the same problem. Only happened between reset and reset +4 hours. Also had game crash multiple times only during those hours. It resolved when my tablet did an OS update. If you've got your account bound (to FB, Google or one of the other options), you might try Uninstalling the game, restarting your device, then reinstalling.

That's not how PNS boosts are calculated. It's a 50% boost to base gather rate. The base gather rate is the 1st number that's shown when you look at your gathering tile (e.g. steel is 8640/hour). The 2nd number is the active boost (from Nova, Research, etc.). So when the 50% boost is applied, 4320 is added to the 2nd number. If your boosts are already decent, the time saved isn't going to be that much. For example, if your steel gather rate is 8640+20000, adding 4320 will make it 8640+24320. In terms of actual minutes saved, this goes from 2H8M on a L7 steel tile to 1H55M.

When you fill the top bar, everyone receives a grand gift. Opening each grand gift adds 500 to the alliance exp bar. In my alluance, that amounts to around 20K alliance exp each time the top bar fills.

Anyone having problems transfering leadership back after WK? There seems to be a bug in the game which is making transfering leadership a bit of a lucky dip. Last night one of our team transferred the leadership back to me only for it to end up with our diplomat and this morning he transfered it to me, only for it to end up with an inactive player! Once, I would put down to fat thumbs, but twice seems like more than coincidence.

I ended up doing a full reinstall, that didn't resolve the issue, but then i used the "fix game" tool again and that worked for me on Android ( although my original client was from samsung store but i accidentally re-installed from google play store, don't know if that would make any difference) hope that helps you out!

Logging on a computer should give you access to the twitter accounts. Then you can add new binds. Several. Several several months ago. PNS stated in game and on discord it would be in everyone’s best interest to rebind to something else

1. Download PC version of the game
2. Login using your twitter/X credentials (still works here)
3. Bind it to a Facebook account
4. Login on mobile app using Facebook
   On the pc version you can only bind to twitter, Facebook or gmail from what I can see, I had hoped to issue an OTP to access but no luck.
   Personally I have now changed the binding again but that’s me

A few of my alliance members including my self have noticed the game is really laggy as of late. Things like clicking "claim" for alliance gifts or for feasts is incredibly irritating. When it's with tiles I simply always gather with a bubble on extremely laggy days. Test your internet connection as well make sure it's not that. Sometimes that's my issue. Check phone storage and make sure its not an issue on your end

I personally have tried restarting, cleaning up files/apps, removed cache, it happens on all connections (home wifi/mobile data/work wifi). Also tried clicking "fix game" in the top right when you start.

Lairs are funny things. If you lower their morale too fast they run before you can kill the required amount. I think that is what’s happening here. Have you tried with mega march? You probably need to increase the amount of troops you send.

Not necessarily.

If you make too many failed requests, their firewall may trigger some rate limit for your ip- so it ll continue to fail > in this case, try after 10-30mins will be good, or in some case restart your router for a new ip if you are using WiFi not on a static ip.

If there is something getting blocked in between, vpn is the best solution, but sometimes using a different device, toggling on off airplane/mobile data might help.
