i have no idea what you mean by "ray tracing controller", that is not a thing. it is always enabled. you can disable it with some cvar commands, but the graphics quality will tank.

@nocturne hill You are correct. I thought that the new button on the Series X controller was for ray tracing. I believe it is for media sharing. I have never used it. I use a Series 2 controller. I will look at the settings and see if I can make it better. Thanks for the info.

you can get an admin in creative mode or go into creative mode yourself, you can blink through terrain using the admin gun, and then cryo your dino when your in there

it’s kinda crazy how i took a break from this game just come back to constant crashing and even worse hacking. Ban waves are whenever they feel like it, and the game can’t even run consistently for 10 minutes without some bug or a crash. I have noticed the Ark.profile does not automatically save when you transfer servers so there is a chance if you don’t stay on long enough your character will get deleted

Your best chance to avoid it is to learn an engram when you do transfer

I've tried the official nitrado server can't get much out of them

But my statsperlevelmultiplier_dino= is set to 0.15 like in a single player that would be a reasonable increase but I'm not sure if it decreases the stats on them because nitrado uses a solid number coding instead of the single player where base is like 0.2 and increasing it would make it higher obviously like the standard for a server is probably meant to be 1 and copying the settings to 0.15 decreases it instead doing the opposite to what I want it to

are you using -usestore by chance? that fixes a lot of issues but you'd need to convert the data to use this if you aren't already using it.

And finally, you need to have all the items it wants for food, which some of those items can be late game stuff. So I think the process to get one makes up for it's strength.

well, in asa the muta number is separated from the base number, so its easier in that you can start mutating lvl 20 dinos and then move the mutations to a level 200 line

Can i ask for some help with this, The servers High Ping issues seem directly related to Artifact Caves, IE the game will be running at 70Ping until someone runs the Immune Cave and within 10 seconds the Ping is crazy like hitting over 1000? So I have a couple servers set up via Nitrado, no settings changed back when I had The Island and Scorched Earth linked up, everything worked fine then as you could transfer everything back n forth.

Now that Ab has replaced Scorched for my maps, I am running into problems.
Transferring FROM 'The Island' TO 'Aberration', its a 50/50 if you pop in without issues and just load without needing to create a new survivor. If you need to create a new survivor, your items/chibis are preserved, your level is set to 1, also you are not part of any tribes, yet your 'old' self is still in the tribe.

Transferring FROM 'Aberration' TO 'The Island', you are forced to create a new character, it will not let you spawn as it is stuck on the spawn in map with the SPAWN button showing DOWNLOADING and nothing happening. Once you log out and back in, you are presented with the spawn in map again, and can spawn like normal. You have your new character, your old chibis, your old gear, but not in any tribes AND as a level 1. Your old self is still in tribe as above.

The only fix is forcing back into tribe and manually adding anything mods gave you.

My CrossArk section has the same Cluster ID (as I said this WAS working before) and all of the Prevent Survivor, Prevent Dino, and Prevent Item checkboxes are NOT checked. Disable downloading player information is checked (to keep cheeky friends from uploading cracked out stuff), and Allow Foreign Dino Downloads is on.

Any idea what the heck is going on?

Sad thing is, everything worked FLAWLESSLY before Ab released.

I even locked transfers to the other map for a couple weeks just to give Ab that 'oh crud' feeling of not having your old resources to back you up

Crashing when accessing inventories every 5 minutes. Everything was working fine yesterday, new client update this morning broke the game more than it was before

Yes. If you can find one with higher health to breed in that'd be great, but those stats will be just fine for gamma. Beta should be fine too if they're leveled with good saddles probably.

I wouldn't recommend rexes for dragon though

Just a good level. They use a lot of stamina roaring, so I'd make sure to put food in it before it goes into the fight, and make sure it hangs back out of the fight to buff.

I don't know, I never actually use pigs in fights. We usually use them in between fights to heal up

If you have a tribemate that will be riding the pig then you guys can kind of keep an eye on the rexes' health and play it by ear

I would recommend you ride the yuty and whistle your rexes. You can set the pig to auto-heal, but I'm not sure how long it will last like that.
