I just finished reverting the game to the previous version. It is running at "normal fps" for me with that.

If anyone is having the same issue, I guess that's a workaround for Single player. To revert the game, just open Steam command line,
paste download_depot 2399830 2399831 1287952570711727814

Wait for it to finish downloading (since the download started in command line it won't show in the regular downloads page nor will show progress until it finishes).

When it's finished, the game should be on your steam folder (in my case it wasn't on the library but rather on the install folder) under C:\Program Files \Steam\steamapps\content\app_2399830\depot_2399831

Copy the files from that folder on the game's installation folder.

That's the page with the data regarding the game, on the "Previously seen manifests" list, click the icon at the right side of the second manifest (the one that says it's from 3 days ago). It will copy the command you the command to the clipboard and will display a little red message with a button to open the steam command line

My server literally wants black pearls for honey because bee spawns are so rare. Idk how people are getting them because I've spent countless hours inside of this cavern with rare flowers and still have not seen 1 bee.

I have over 9k hours across all platforms and there's never been anything more infuriating in Ark than BASIC mechanics not working AT ALL.

What kind of moderation team does it take when my server has made several reports about the heaps of spam across this ravine and yet, nothing gets done about it? You guys just allow players to be barred access just because others got there first? I thought blocking spawns was against code of conduct in PvE? So this is the gameplay we get? Be stuck without basic mechanics for months until we're forces to transfer to other servers to accomplish something as mundane as taming a bee?

You can't have vacations on official servers due to decay of structures. If you are on single player and you have pve settings, my advice is to turn all off to avoid losing everything. You can also ask a tribe mate to do it for you
