It’s most likely your headset, I would recommend a factory reset. It doesn’t take away any of your Gorilla Tag data as that is backed up. You will still keep your cosmetics, shiny rocks, and everything else. Except for the comp queue, you will have to do it again (I think).

It’s not risky at all though. You’ll only have to redownload your games. Also every game that you’ve purchased will not have to be repurchased as purchased games are linked to the account instead of the headset.

It doesn’t take away any account data but gets rid of headset data

And some games (like gtag) has info backed up to the cloud so all your stuff in gtag will stay the same.
