I decided to hang around Sir Performance and Mr. Frantic in Harmony Hall just to see what they do in their spare time.

I saw Mr. Frantic faint and fall face down upstairs in a dramatic fashion and (iirc) Sir Performance had eother shocked or facepalm emote. After chilling out, I saw them go full heart emote over near the daily music challenge corner thing.

I literally went "what the....?!" in both situations and died laughing.

Uuuhh... tl;dr The Grimm Troupe are a cast of characters and quests Team Cherry released as DLC for Hollow Knight. The theme features circus, performance, rituals, and Gothic themes. They are summoned when a kigdom crumbles and someone lights a lantern that looks like a torch.

So picture a Sky Kid mistaking that for something they should light up and inadvertedly summon the Grimm Troupe, which then leads to interesting interactions with Performamce crew. That was the idea ^^

Valley has athletes. GW has warriors. Vault has nerdy library dwellers with huge crested headwear. Kind of like dragons in Spyro, except Spirits don't go "Thank you for releasing me" on repeat lol
