Yeah! I think the easiest-to-find questline would be the Sanctuary questline - it's just barely off the beaten path in Prairie, and has no restrictions.

Flight is a super handy one to do - unlocking the Wind Paths gives you easy access to some areas on the map that'd normally be a pain in the neck to get to, like Hermit Valley, Forgotten Ark and the Forest caverns.

So there would just be small torn bits from my work gone. And then the pieces became a lot larger- and then I think I accidentally put highlighter on it and it tasted sweet kinda so I started doing that once in a while. I don't do it anymore and I never did it with pencils or pen on it, but very rarely ill just show off that I'm willing to eat paper
