In Daylight Prarie, go to the Caves area. Instead of entering the big cave there is now a small one on the left there's a boat inside that takes you there

I think it’s because you need to enter from the main entrance first to access all passages in the wind paths.
Main entrance is located in hidden forest: once you enter hidden forest from the realm portal at home ➡️ instead of flying down, fly to the RIGHT and you’ll see the entrance in the clouds.

If you wanna know more i think it’s better to ask in :questions and help channel for faster replies cuz there’s a 9 minute waiting time here ;-;

The first two pictures is in crescent oasis i think, you just need to go to vault of knowledge, turn to the left until you see a cave and go inside, after that, you'll see three different places to meditate in, go to the middle one, and after that, you can fly until you reached the garden, turn to the left and you'll get to the beach.

The second two pictures is after you finished hidden forest!

The third picture is at the season of sanctuary place (I forgot what it's called) But you can go to daylight prairie, and look to the right, you'll see something stopping you from going further, just light it up then fly until you reach the end
