Doing something like bootloader unlock opens up to the possibility of rooting you phone, there after you are free with doing anything on your phone. You can also disable ads.

There was a limited live release for iOS in mid-2019, and I believe limited live for Android was late 2019, but I could be remembering wrong

A newer iOS device. For Android, though, the higher end, the better. Budget devices can play the game, but most will struggle to reach 30 fps and won't have 60 fps unlocked at all.

A good example is my two year old Pixel 3a (a budget phone on the higher end for it's time) will do 30 FPS if not recording, but doing screen recording makes the framerate fluctuate between 24 and 29 FPS depending on which area in the game I am doing the recording. I wouldn't recommend any device with lower specs if you're looking for a smooth, 30 FPS experience. So, the bare minimum would be Geekbench 5 score of 1400 or more on Multicore.

Unless 60 FPS mode is available for your device, the limit is 30 fps. It isn't 'fixed' per se. If the device can't pump out 30 FPS, it will drop below it. If 60 FPS is available, it could go over 60 FPS in some cases.

(This is if you believe what was said about it in Qualcomm's whitepaper on the two chips.) the 778g has the 642L while the 780g has the 642. Probably the identifier is just for coding purposes, like when games cross reference a database on "GPU score"

If you're selecting the Google sign in option, you would need to open the Play Games app and untick the option in settings for "automatically login with this account." That should open up the option to select accounts when logging in with Sky.

Yes, just keep in mind having a second account is bordering TOS breaking territory. If you gain an unfair advantage with it, don't be surprised if any actions would be taken on both accounts. The account swapping feature is meant for shared devices not for one person to have multiple accounts.

If you try to log in to your account while one of your other devices is already logged in it will simply kick the other device off. I do not think there is any risk at all in multiple devices having the same account. I currently have my account on three different phones and the Nintendo switch. I have often switched between the switch and my phone due to the weird currency policies that Nintendo put down.

If you want using second account on Android there's user system that have total separate space so you can install sky for that space and use your second account there. Keep it mind don't do anything stupid about using it for unfair purpose.

As a rule of thumb, choose a flagship. All current flagships can play 60fps. Have a decent battery time, Sky is very hungry. The other factors are not so relevant I think.

As an Android user, I still say the best graphics and least bugs are in iPhones. Android has so many variations that it makes it its own enemy.

I'm also on android 11, I can only screenrecord with audio using the built in Samsung game launcher on my device. If you use the on screen recorder(by tapping on the bottom right of the sky game screen), it will launch Google Play Games and the account linked to it to record the screen but it uses mic to record audio and sometimes no audio at all. This has never worked for me so I use Samsung Game Launcher, does your device have built in game launchers? Or maybe try checking the permissions on your device. I had to manually allow sky and game launcher to be able to record audio and use on screen camera.

That is a visual bug that usually happens after the mass blockings and unblockings u described ^^ From my experience, as long as you have lit your friends, they will get the light even if they appear to remain unlit. You can ask them personally if u want a confirmation. There is no way to resolve this except waiting. After a while all the lighting appears normal again. (2 weeks or more)
If u want this to not happen again, u could either do these blockings more frequently, or just don't block and unblock such a large amount of friends at one time

I had multiple Xiaomi devices in the last 12 months. 2 Redmi note 8s, 1 Redmi note 8 Pro, a Poco X3 NFC, a Mi A2 and now this Redmi note 10. For in app purchase security reasons, all purchases are tied to the account you made the purchase on in the store. (I.E. the gmail used to purchase on Android or Nintendo account for eShop). Since you made the purchase for them on your gmail/Apple ID/Nintendo Account, you cannot buy it again, since it would technically be a double purchase. If you want the item, just use the restore purchases option. It would move from your friend's closet to yours. If you really want to gift them the cape, please use what I said previously to do so. (Just keep in mind, it is against the TOS to log into someone else's account)

Last 2 months i often have some isues, but IDK how properly to describe (since i'm not native English speaker). When i play i feel like drunk, hard to coordinate movement's, sometimes movements looks too fast... IDK if it's device problems or game. I use Samsung A71 almost a year and everything was smooth. • your device hardware may be outdated (that a71 is not strong unfortunately for Sky, it's okay tho). Sky had a graphic rework in the past 2 months

If it hangs, that's a different issue than the security check. If you fail the basic Google security checks, you would get a data corruption error message since 0.15.1. (Basic checks meaning making sure there is a valid Google Play Services on the device and proper install method)

I do know hardware attestation has been going in full force recently, so any modifications, like a custom rom, would cause safetynet to fail. It (custom roms) also has the possibility of having outdated Vulkan drivers or incorrect or missing commits that could cause quite a few issues with some games.

You may need to sign out completely from the phone and try again or doing the same with wiping and reinstalling sky.

Beware: It is said to be supported but in long term there's a chance things can mess up or accounts merge. Seperate devices are recommended

Almost al phones heat. Sky uses a lot of particles. Tips against heat:

• low temperature room
• remove phone case for better heat dissipation
• don't charge while playing
• use normal or battery saver mode in Sky settings (no boosted Def or high Def settings)

You can decrease graphics in-game only with in-game settings. Click top right corner, cog icon and chance graphics settings from normal mode (or anyod3 you have) to battery saver mode. That reduces smoothing an fps to save battery a bit

I was just referring to the screenshot from Packrat. My gf's s10 plays Sky like a charm. These days Poco are dead end with their sloppy renderers. Several users may have luck but players often ask about crashes in #questions-and-help, significantly more than other devices. First started with X3 now I read more about X3 pro as well. With low budget it's better to hunt any reliable used phone than buying a new one with unreliable outcome.

Well you should lean towards the Galaxy more because its more better than the Moto although Samsung did remove a ton of the features from their OS but generally Moto doesn't have any bloatware

I have a Snapdragon 670 in my Pixel 3a and at highest settings it supports, I barely get any dropped frames. It averages 25-30 FPS depending on how heavy the area is. Another device with an SD 670 might not be as optimized as the creator of the OS, though.

hey guys, quick question but i downloaded sky on a new device, and for some reason whenever i try linking my gmail to the account, it displays the gmail used on this device; i tried logging out the account and it didnt work, and for some reason it wont let me switch my account, i.e. every time i click "switch account", the screen freezes for a bit, but nothing pops up and the account is still there

However it is said to be supported, having several accounts in one device is very dangerous and can result in items lost or accounts completely merged. For Gmail switching to work you need to fully log out from your account from your phone settings.

To be clear, the difference is software, not hardware.(Simple mistake some people make) Android sandboxes everything. Before Android 10, audio detection was very clunky and didn't work that well. They cannot add the new Audio detection API without stopping support for Android 8.0 and 9.0. In essence, unless they want to stop supporting older devices, this feature will never hit Android.

Because AOSP Android x86 doesn't really came with google services (some pre make distros have) even so the game won't launch because it doesn't get certified

If you wonder what about win 11 Windows Subsystem for Android? Those are no go too. Although you can side load things on it, you Still can't play it due to lack of google services

And game only launch like one app per emulation so there's no work around for it

Even it's possible the performance will be trash as lack of optimization
