other than turning down your graphics settings in sky to help reduce the lag, theres really not much you can do to make the gameplay smoother unless you get a new phone

That one will not capture device audio, only microphone. I would suggest using one of the screen recording apps on the play store instead. Pretty much no one uses the Google Play recorder.

The record feature in sky uses google play games recorder and it doesn't record in game audio. There is no way to make it do that. Your best bet is using a different recorder from the Play Store. My phone's a Samsung Galaxy A21, and it runs sky just fine, there would be a few crashes here and there when entering vault or wasteland, but I nowadays couldn't get to play sky :stickerGloomy:

Ever since the season of the little prince came, which I was excited for- everytime the game showed me where the season takes place in (the cutscene when you log in and it's the first time on the game with the season), it always crashed when it went to vault to show the area where the season is at. So now I cannot really play :[

Tell you what, I lost my assembly ultimates as I couldn't get past the loading screen for 2 whole weeks. The issue self settled but as a temporary fix, clearing cache worked sometimes, gonna be brutally honest, you'll probably miss the TS, so if clearing cache doesn't work, find another device for playing sky temporarily. Hope the issue gets solved fast

I'm able to fix graphical issues I have in Sky with "game booster" apps that raises texture resolutions and more. Do you know how this is actually done, is it possible to change such settings via files or something without using an app ?
I want more control so I know exactly what is charged, as for now, the apps I've tested with don't mention any details.

One issue is that fog is extremely low resolution, fog is made up of large blocks. Clouds are also sometimes "pixelated", depending on what booster setting I use

Other games wouldn't matter. Sky is a pretty demanding game graphics wise. Due to the countless device configurations and OEMs for Android, we don't get to see the true beauty of Sky. I would highly recommend checking another platform's performance to see how short the stick Android gets is. (I.E. Android got the short end of the stick due to manufacturers making things different for their phone instead of following a standard in OS responses)

Please keep in mind Samsung phones are dependent on the area you bought it. North American Samsungs (Canada, US and Mexico) are Snapdragon and shouldn't have issues with Sky. International Samsungs are Exynos, so they could have issues. The Snapdragon S8, S9 and S10 should support 60 fps, but the International variants may not support 60 fps and have the possibility of lagging in areas.

Sorry, I give public help, and don't respond to unsolicited DMs. The Snapdragon 460 in your device isn't powerful enough for 60 fps. It wouldn't be able to handle it. Attached is a comparison of that phone against the minimum device that can support 60 fps in Sky. (yours is the Adreno 510)

Fixed, seems wikichip had a typo and said 510 instead of 610, either way, they're very similar in performance compared to a higher end chip. The Snapdragon 460 was marketed as a low end CPU for entry level phones. To play Sky at 60 fps, you would need a higher end phone with a snapdragon 8xx series CPU, not a 4xx series.

Most gmails make you set up a recovery account. Like a phone-number or another gmail account, which sends a recovery link to reset the lost password.

Have them reboot their tablet, if they still have issues, I would make sure the tablet doesn't have any apps that draw over other apps. Settings - Apps & notifications - Advanced - Special App Access - Display over other apps and deny. If Sky notices an app drawing over it, it might not respond on Android.
