Get a device that doesn't deter from the stock android experience. Any OEM modification can cause odd bugs, like Samsung's OneUI causing the enlarged text bug. I personally haven't run into these one-off bugs in Android since I am running the closest to stock Android you can get. (audio bug included. Not affected here using a Pixel 3a)

Ok this is more of an answer than a question, tgc introducing the chevron system i think is strategicly planned, with the addition of more maps with more seasons in the future, this only means there will be more candles in the future, collectable candles per day will also increase

If you have your account linked with Google or Facebook, I would suggest clearing Sky app data and logging back into your link method. Long press sky, select app info, select storage and cache, select clear storage, then launch sky and log back in.

Honestly, whatever blurring recent Vulkan drivers do for vsync makes motion look so much better than still images for Sky. I'll stick to 30 FPS with blur between each frame until they reenable native resolution. Persistence of vision, at least on Vulkan 1.1.128, kinda removes a good chunk of aliasing Sky has for Android.

Maybe the device has OS or kernel limitations which don't allow Sky to run smoothly. Double check the GPU (not CPU, sky is rather GPU hungry). (Sky is not available in a regions if your friend lives in another country.)

I have no issues right now. Usually the following can resolve the problem:

• close sky, turn WiFi off/on, start Sky
• restart device
• get a better WiFi (download speed doesn't count, rather ping counts, you can use speedtest.net to check)
• turn off proxy and VPN, etc
• uninstall network hungry apps, if you have any new app
• if the problem still there, you can report it as a bug in #report-a-live-bug

Mine crashed right after someone used a resize spell and it also crashed a week ago - it was more like the whole application freezing and not responding, but it doesn't respond again. I have to close and open it. As dumb as it sounds I'm not actually sure if the game crashing/freezing is a bug or not, which is why I haven't submitted it to #bug-reports-android yet

I have similar hardware (SD670/Adreno615) and haven't had issues until this update. There is a random crash and it's a known issue. If possible, submitting a bug report with the last 15 or so seconds of your activity before the crash can help the developers out fixing the crash. #bug-reports-android

Many bugs came with last update. Devs received a lot of bug reports and we hope they will fix it soon. If you reinstall the game, that won't help much now unfortunately with this update (deleting cache could help tho in some cases now - not app data) and you can loose your progress of your account if it is not synced. Every time before you delete the game and reinstall you should have your sky recovery ID from settings saved somewhere safe and also sync your progress by signing into Google or Facebook

Pixel 5 can run sky 60fp smoothly with Adreno 620 GPU, but phone gets hot and graphics not better then in 30 fps normal mode, only smoother a bit.
Pixel 4a 5G version has Adreno 620 too, I'm unsure about other specs tho.
I had Pixel 4a before playing Sky. It has surprisingly good sound for a smartphone, that can count in gameplay experience.

This is not necessarily a Sky issue, rather an ISP issue which they need to fix. I called my ISP (not Philippines, but had the same issue) and they fixed it overnight. So it's wise to call your ISP

I've done fps checks, it's capped at 30, and also sometimes when a game is capped to run at a certain frame rate it can't constantly run that limit, like if capped at 30fps, it can't run 30fps all the time, just around 28-30

Even for COD (and all Android games I'm sure) aliasing exists and there are YouTube videos which show only just the anti aliasing effect for cod (not real anti aliasing, not even mentioning native resolution). The A71 has a Snapdragon 730. It's not powerful enough to keep a consistent 60 fps. It might hit 60 fps in certain levels, but since it can't everywhere, it's disabled so you don't have a bad experience in heavy areas, like Vault

the game is still unmodified, its just you will likely have super user/root privileges on your device. You'll be able to look inside the game's files but as long as you don't edit anything (you cant without some extra setup) you're fine

besides you cant mod the game with root privileges, so there's nothing to worry about. The only way to do that is if you have extensive knowledge of ARM64 assembly and some exotic app on a computer to read it

I need help please someone I'm SO frustrated :((( I've tried contacting support both with the link provided in the FAQ and submitting a ticket in game. I've gotten answers that don't help or aren't relevant to my problem and I need to contact someone who will actually help me.

I am not receiving all of the candles I should be after a full candle run. I should be getting around 5 candles per chevron, but my chevrons run out too fast. I can't effectively farmbafter 2 realms and only receive 8-11 candles after a FULL CANDLE RUN. My friends all confirmed they receive 15-20 even after not farming some wax.

Someone please help because since the new update I'm having to work twice as hard and it takes me twice as long to get anything. I need help and I'm not getting it.

This is the amount of candles I get vs my friend who send me a screen rec of him after not even completing a full cr. I'm in the blossom cape and my chevrons are close to gone. I only get around 10-12 candles after a full cr and my friend got about 20. This has been happening since the new farming update came out.

Also, once I input my info and did the AI/human verification it said there was an error every single time I tried and retried to submit anything for help from customer support. This is my last resort, I apologize

Support exactly sees how many candles you forged. There is only one way to prove your right if you catch a candle run in video starting from reset and sending support that video, but we never heard about this problem from anyone.

You roughly forged the same amount of candles with only a few difference.

If you did all realms together, the cause of difference can be simply wax lag.
