im not sure you know but GPUs have tendency to overheat easier as they are more complex and powerful than CPUs, so you can try and enable Disable HW Overlays in your developer options

Argentdragon, there is a known issue happening to some android players, where they crash in eden. TGC is working on it, hopefully it'll be fixed in the next patch SkyPray

GUM, i'm not familiar with that device, but it could be that it's on the low end of compatible devices. my iphone 6 is one of the oldest iphones compatible with sky, and it can lag a lot too, depending on which level i'm playing in and how long i've been playing

Hey guys? Im not sure if this is the place to ask technical questions but my girlfriend and i started playing about a week ago and her game consistently crashes between zones, or if she gets a text on her phone, or if were on a call together, it just doesnt work for her

Were both using androids, she uses the Huawei P30 pro

And she's so frustrated and fed up with it that she just doesnt want to play anymore. Shes tried reinstalling the app but the results are the same

TGC is aware of who abuses the game like that, but you can report someone by tapping them and then tapping the second star on the right when the friend interaction tree appears. you can do this whether you are friends or not

Literally search “p30” in discord history here and you’ll find a bunch of other people with Huawei devices where the game is having issues

It seems it’s not optimized well for Huawei phones

So I was able to keep temps low enough to be comfortable by removing my phone case and using gaming mode with everything closed out in the background

Leaving the phone case on it got quite unbearably hot in the metal and glass areas of the phone, but not as bad as I originally experienced

I'm unable to see other players in-game. I have been since I started playing a week go. I've paid for candles, so I'm a little financially invested in this game's progress (to say nothing of the time investment). I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I've reported the bug here in discord. I guess I just wonder, will anyone reach out to me to help me troubleshoot this? If I were to un-link this game from my google account and start a new one (starting at the beginning) and link THAT to my account, would it be possible to have the candles I've bought sent to the new account?

Try reporting via ingame customer service about your particular bug, since it does seem to be a very niche one. Maybe it has to do with your device. I haven't heard other players experience that and it is very unfortunate you're getting it. Keep in mind though, TGC is currently working from home and has around 30 staff. They've acknowledged that they're a bit backed up when it comes to reports and customer service responses. It may take a while.

And sorry no that isn't possible, candles/cosmetics/progression are all permanently tied to each individual sky account. There is no way to transfer them.

The control stick is still relative to where you started touching, at global positions it should work if what I said is true

If I touch on the screen close to where the wedges should be in horizontal splitscreen, it opens the menu

the long and short answer though is nobody here can straighten that out for you. Google will have to be in charge of refund. If you have clear records that document the purchase went all the way through and you did pay for it, then I would also suggest you submit in-game help ticket. TGC may not be able to do the refund, but they might have better advice than us

Can someone help me?
I'm on a samsung galaxy s9. My phone has always performed amazing with games (Cod mobile, brawlstars).

But with sky, i have a lot of problems. Very, very laggy gameplay and the game crashes very often (all of this especially in golden wasteland) and i have problems with bariers that get me stuck in a black screen.

Does anyone has a solution to make sky run as flawless as all of my other games?
