   Ps- i was at the edge to forge the 59th candle before the race and i am on 2 stripes

That's the goal, but again: TGC is still tweaking it... With the new system they'd basically have to adjust it every time they increase the total wax amount in the realms to make it even, but it's to be expected that they'll adjust it somewhere near to the amount of candles we can currently get. If they'll adjust it in the future again though... that's debatable...

yes sacrificing friend is a legit method 🤣. i basically just went to prairie's temple with my friend, they stayed there while i went back home, went into another realm, used the home shrine, then warped back to my friend. the rest you just gotta oob (said friend can't join you). there's also a method in which someone needs to be in/watch a bit of the cutscene then they gotta minimize the app, and the other person warp to them as soon as their skykid go poof.

This will be changed a bunch between now and release, and we should be careful to not let hard numbers float around here as fact, since there is a good chance the rumor mill will mean people will take it as Verified Fact. I want to remind people to avoid posting charts and wax values per candle per tier as these numbers are subject to change as we balance this feature.

What is most valuable to us right now is people giving feedback on their experience with this system, not the numbers.

Visual guides are okay, but please leave numbers off the charts/graphs. If you absolutely need to have numbers to explain your chart, please make a large disclaimer: "these values are subject to change and/or are for testing purposes only" or something to that effect.

We don't want to have to track down and delete dozens of charts shared that give exact values every time we do a tuning pass and those numbers change. The goal is to avoid players stumbling across those outdated, inaccurate guides and grows frustrated because they feel misled.

This is the same expectation we have regarding maps, price charts, and other information that is subject to change with every new build until the dev team has decided on a final design. If players are struggling to find or understand things in beta—it is vital for us to know so we can improve the experience so players don't feel compelled to search for guides.

We appreciate those who take time to create guides to help others understand but we want to make sure their understanding is based on accurate information, which is challenging when the correct information is rapidly changing during development.

I have went into Desmos and plotted a graph of number of blobs x 100 against number of candles collected

The equation for the line is roughly y=23[1-e^(-0.1x+0.05)] and that is the blue line.

The green line is a derivative of the blue line. This means that it shows how much your candles will INCREASE as you collect more light. So from the green line, we can see that the amount you candles increase decreases as you collect more light.

From another message sent in this channel, I have found the number of blobs of light you can collect each day, which is around 1481. Since the number of blobs we can collect will likely stay the same, only the increase per blob of light matters.

So after drawing the purple line, which marks the total number of blobs of light you can collect, I predict (BUT CANNOT CONFIRM) that the new total number of candles you can really collect in one day is around 17.5...at which by the time you get there, your candles increase by 0.55 per 100 blobs of light...really slow...

Ran valley’s flying race with 3 chevrons...
When I reached the colosseum my candle meter went up to max but I could not actually forge the candle even after waiting a whole minute. I tried collecting five wax at the stairs to the temple... and only then I could forge my candle...
In total, the race still gave me 1 candle on 3 chevrons, just with a slight bug that doesn’t seem to affect the candle count though

After collecting some candles i done the second race , yea i got one candle and my chevron decreased but it decreased from the candles i collected before race ..collecting a candle triggered it ..but the candle from race did not add to the decreased amount

7 candles and my chevron is still at 2 with its bank almost full ... that’s awesome

I got 7 nearly 8 WOW from isle , vault and triumph .. that’s pretty amazing

I will keep a eye on chevrons and see how many I get at the end ...I’m impressed..the speed that these levels can be done just proves that the new system does what it set out to do 🤍🕊️🤍

Most people I've seen so far have reported that the soulmate spell doesn't work right now, probably because you can't actually link it to another player like you're supposed to be able to do with the pin once they go out. So we don't know what the effect is supposed to look like yet, unless TGC posts a video showing it at some point
