I just read on the 0.13.2 patch notes that the devs changed the Eden loop fix. Can someone tell me exactly what they changed? My friend and I did Eden run today, and another person apparently entered Storm lock area way before we did and died while we were still only 1/3 of the way through the lower lamp statue area where we usually take our time... and panicked whether the timer feature got activated (one that got implemented that caused everybody to lose WL if lingered too long).. so we rushed thru. And then we went back to read the patch note and wondered what the devs did this time?

instead of being stuck in a loop, there will be a prompt asking if you want to move to the next stage first without waiting for others to die

We take our merry time, trying to make sure we get all the statues in the lower area before we enter the continuous red rain area... but it’s weird. Since we rushed thru, we thought we missed a lot. My friend managed to get 16 AC (since she had fraction left from previous run), but I only got 14.. so just to see where I missed the statues,@I went right back. I should have found 7-8 unlit statues, but only could find 2 statues left... so still very puzzled where I’m missing. My friend and I hit the lower lighted area together and am sure we get all... so... mystery remains.

Just irritating she seems to manage to get all 63 while every time, best I can do is like, 56... Grrrr....

My question is, after you’re done the statues and you go through the flying section, there’s a section where you get wax from your unlocked spirits and what not.

Here, some spirits appear to me in their normal form, but there are random blue beams that turn golden once you fly near them. The heck are those?

Hmm I’m not sure we’re thinking of the same glitch, I just used the word glitch for the lack of a better word but basically I went through the wall by jumping through and I fly along the clouds, when I get near pnr, I go close to the cave without being blown away by staying out of bounds, and then I go to home and use the return shrine, and I’m at the cave entrance
I guess it’s more of an oob

We are talking about the same, before crossing the wall you need to light the torches, see the cutscene of the krill passing by, go a little further up the ladder and see the second cutscene. And then return to cross the wall.
After that you can go oob without risk of someone else activating the door.

And a big major ps: I also go through the wall WITHOUT opening the door and triggering the cutscene. Why? Because the door opening triggers the wind and the flying rocks. It's really really tricky

Basically, fly straight towards the clouds near the walls in glide mode (open wings) and as you're about the hit the clouds, spam flick up and make sure you're still in glide mode as you exit the clouds up. If you aren't then you're not fast enough and may not make it aaaaaa

I don't think it is possible to actually go home - but if you like, close/restart the app, you will wake up at home with no portals open except for the return shrine
And you have to complete Eden before you wanna go anywhere

Can you die and lose your light before the point where you’re supposed to or do you just respawn at the latest checkpoint? Also can you use potions ? Like instant recharge potions in Eden

Finished Eden for the first time, this week, but only because someone on another Discord server dragged me to the part with the bunch of winged lights. The game gave me one winged light when reborn - I didn't use candles to unlock any from spirits. Does it give you an additional one for free every time you die or if I die and get reborn a second time will I start with one light again?

I saw the funniest thing while going through Eden.

So I'd gotten rocked while tryna escape a krill, and so while I was down and hiding to recollect myself, I see some poor shmuck try to go through to the last door of Eden into PNR like I was tryna to. Only issue: The krill glitched, and it was watching the whole door itself So no one could get in. That's not the funny part, funny part comes after my dude gets in, cause the krill moves away (finally) and when it turns to go it's normal route again? It instead starts spinning
It was the funniest thing to me and I don't know why! Seeing a krill go donut took me out!

Did my first run of eden by myself, past times i've had friends with me, I have a similar story to you Strawberry, in the crab room the krill stuck it's head into the top opening and I was plastered to the wall in fear for about 2 minutes until it rerouted itself.

The final part I had a moth in front of me and the poor soul got yeeted almost immediately and their light followed me the entire way haha.

I personally think it wasn't. It used to be a flourishing place housing the king overseeing the span of the kingdom of Sky, it was the Eden Castle after all. I think the world of Sky used to be a beautiful place of advanced technology, fascinating creatures and gorgeous structures

What we see right now is merely a husk of a distant beautiful past.
