I'm not sure which specific channel to put this in but I'm having trouble with my game data.
I used my Nintendo login on my android to play the game again since I stopped for a few months, I was going to then transfer that account to playstation.
However, when I logged in it made me replay the beginning of the game which I thought was just normal or a bug that'd resolve itself. Once I was done with isle of dawn I closed the app and went back in yet my account is still completely restarted, I have none of my cosmetics or data at all. I'm just worried since I've had this account for a few years and I'd really hate to lose everything. I'm not sure what to do

Guys i have a question about the shard memories. How do i go back to the pervious areas? Like ive finished the whole quest line and im at the area with the krill. How do i ger back to the previous areas?

Are you really sure it's the right login info you used? Accounts do not get deleted by SKY, but if you restarted from scratch that means it was a different/new account and not your actual account

After you finished the quest line, they are random and there is only one memory per day for all players. So you have to wait for the next shard day to see a different memory (they can also repeat tho bc they're random)

I've only had one account and I'm certain that the email used was the one for this, though I'll try to see if I have any other credentials I've forgotten about.

you have to complete for the quest tree and wait for a lucky day in which the memory appears (one outcome per red shard day)

I went to eden recently, and noticed something weird, but I'm not sure if this is normal, since it hasn't happened before. Several WL I haven't collected yet are invisible like I had already collected them. I know I started with like 7 levels of WL already with my wing buffs, but that doesn't make WL in the world already appear as collected, does it? If so, I've never noticed. Or is this perhaps a bug?

hi is there any way to report players that purposly grief and hurt others?

few times this happen to me and my friends.

1)at the 8 player puzzle there were 2 gray out ppl standing in the middle talking with multiple text box so we know they are not afk and when we call and emote to them they starting to do cheering emote and such, me and my friends had to reload the map just to get players that dont do that...

2. was at campfire in vally of triump area waiting with friends for ball to spawn random player saw us and started to take crabs to us and throw them in where we were at had to remove the crabs cos one of my friend was afk but they kept bring more back and i had to call my friend on discord just so we could reload to a new map...

3)went to toilet and was sever splitted from my friends at golden wasteland campfire came back and was hit by crabs that random player placed as they stood in the pot talking...

really annoying and wish to know if we can report players that do all this...

Hello there ! The meditation area is only opened during the Anniversary event, unless you have the cape (IAP) from past year, in that case you can TP to the event's area and access the meditation place too iirc

On June 18th around 7 PM (GMT+1), me and a friend finished our dailies but couldn’t claim the seasonal candles because of a server issue. We tried multiple times, but by the time reset hit, the candles were gone. I’m only talking about it now because I just realized that missing that day means I won’t be able to finish the Blue Bird season pass, even though I already bought the +15 candle pack and did all dailies. I’m super frustrated — I tried my best, and now I’m stuck because of a bug.

Your SKY will be forever connected to the deleted google account. But I think you should still be able to buy stuff ingame with another google account bc the payment method is not bound to the login method e.g. if I login on phone with nintendo account, it will ask for my active google pay bc I'm on phone.

Are you new to the game? If so that might be it. I remember that when I was first playing a lot of the seasonal spirits (especially in the seasonal areas) didn't show up unless someone else started them. I don't know why but they eventually appeared (maybe after I did enough of the regular spirits or just because of playtime, I really don't know.)

Once you finish The Eye of Eden, you can relive past seasonal spirits to get the first level of their expression

In the past there were several bugs regarding the drink and chat type of props and it indeed happened. Around that time iirc there was the bug when the players couldn't use that for chatting reliably. I'm not sure but this could be the side effect of it. But it's also possible that the drink refill got bugged.

And also if you arrived late, you may not see grandma herself, but the evny will go on normally

It's just a little bug that can happen sometimes, grandma will mix up her emotes, offering hug before the end, or vanish before the end as well
You should still be able to attend grandma event and receive the wax regardless

My friend wanted to buy seasonal candles but it said that the item can't be purchased at the moment, so I tried and it gave me the same error. And when you go on the webshop it shows seasonal candles aren't avail when you login.
