Nothing specific happens when a shared memory reaches 10 likes, following the old system when you reached 50 likes on a creation (boat, memory, spaces), you would get a heart, but it no longer works like this. Now you only receive a heart if players want to give you some via the feature on your creation.
If I am not mistaken, they remain in an area for up to 6 days

Not sure about this, but recently devs modified the grey limit postponing it for the 25th candles instead of the 20th, it might be that it also affected the chevrons ?

Assuming you don't have the pass: 4 days à 5 candles each -> 20 candles from the days, plus 4 candles from the event, makes it 24 candles. EDIT: With the pass it's 30+6*4+4=58

It depends on the number of lights you collect ! For all the races including the hermit valley one. As far as I know for both the flight and sliding races the amount of wax received is between 120 and 160 or 165 pieces of wax. Not much a difference imo

Have a look at this page from Sky's wiki that gives all the details you need to know about the chevrons system !
To cut it short, the more chevrons you have the easier it is to reach a candle and to craft it, when you have no chevrons left it will take you more time and wax to be able to forge a new candle, each chevron disappears after reaching a certain amount of wax !

there was a bug where you couldn’t get wax after your candle turned grey. in response to that tgc seemingly raised the cap for grey from 20 to 25 (#general-sky-discussion message ). Throughout this whole ordeal the wax in the game didn’t change. It takes as much wax as before to reach 20 candles and get grey just that your candle won’t be visually grey until this permanent fix is being changed again which will likely be after they solved the bug where you can’t collect wax after going visually grey.

Sadly, checking eden and wasteland, are the best ways i know to get black dye. It's just very rare, and you can only fill 1 jar per day.

Total at the end of the season : 462 + 30 = 492 SC

Total cost of the season spirits : 384 SC

I found that I managed to cr with no issues or major lags, because I completely avoided grandma and forest during the duration of grandma event

There will also be the Ocean mask and Ocean blue scarf that costed tickets on the previous event and will probably either cost normal candles or hearts now. However we do not know the prices yet.

So for now the total is :

Q: Did you encounter server errors once you attend grandma table wax event?

Here's the possible solution, which is based on my experience.

I recommend you to avoid grandma for the time being until there is a confirmed fix

Best to avoid grandma around the wax event duration, such as xx:35-xx:45. Even better if you avoid forest altogether just in case.

Though you may encounter few server errors, which was what I did, but it was only 2 pop ups compared to almost unstoppable pop ups when I visit grandma event. Generally it reduces chances of encountering server errors significantly if you avoid grandma event

There are a plenty of wax alternatives like geyser and turtle, both of which bear no issues as far as I've seen.

Yes. Using the wings will take you directly to the coliseum but it will be nighttime like during the concert when the actual season was going on. To get back to the coliseum how it normally is you’ll need to enter the temple and when asks if you want to leave the concert or whatever(can’t remember how it’s phrased) then you click yes.

There are two different types of limits. One is a weight limit, based on the size of items you place. And the other is a quantity limit, that caps the amount you can place. It looks like you've hit the second limit before actually filling up the weight limit.

I think the empty portion shows how much "weight" you have left. If you removed some of the smaller items and placed some more larger items (such as tables) then it should fill up the rest of the circle.

Hi, I've been asking here for the past few days, so I'm back with another question.
I've never contacted support until now, so I wanted to know: I sent a ticket on sunday and it was answered the same day by a bot, which I assume is normal, implying that I created a ticket to be answered. What happened is that on the 22nd, another bot answered me, closing my ticket immediately.
You should know that I opened a ticket because an unknowe person had been using my account for a while. I never noticed because i stopped playing about 3 years ago.
So I opened another ticket, but instead of explaining the situation again, I answered my previous ticket, just so a human could help me. Did I do the right thing? Or should I send another ticket and explain everything again? Anyway, I'm still waiting for an answer.
If anyone wants to help me, I'd appreciate it. You can explain it to me via DM or here. I just want to get back to playing comfortably as soon is possible

To summarize, the situation is that I stopped playing 3 years ago. I came back in 2023 to link Steam. I had to create another account because I accidentally started from scratch on the main one. I didn't have much time, so I just linked it and left the game.
I forgot about it due to time issues, and I saw my boyfriend was playing it on his Switch, so I came back.
You should know that I've been hacked twice. Once at the beginning of 2022, which involved one of the affected emails, a Hotmail account, which caused me to change the password for that and the Gmail account, enabling two-step verification. Then, once in 2025, which resulted in an infestation of my computer. I lost access to several secondary accounts, so I didn't bother trying to recover them.
When I contacted support and asked them to unlink a Steam account, which was mine, and I lost access to it. I also asked them to unlink a Facebook account, which was NOT mine. I never linked Sky to Facebook.
Now, the problem with that Facebook account is that it's still active. I mean, when I checked the account a while ago, all my friends had been blocked. That person also had purchased passes that I never played.
I can still access the account because the Gmail account that was always linked is my primary account. I also have receipts for the first passes that came out on Android. I must have about 7 receipts. That's why I'm so desperate. I want to play, but I can't because my account is being used by someone else.
I hope the entire message is clear. The truth is, I don't speak English, and with this complex situation, I'm using the translator directly

That's just a misunderstanding
There was a bug where all remaining wax vanished when candle turned grey (which was usually when you get 20)
Devs set the limit when you turn grey to 25, which cannot be reached, to avoid the bug

basically the problem is that support (at least as far as ive heard yet) doesnt unlink for you. they may help you with it but since you dont have access you also cant unlink it. if you do have the password of the facebook account its a different thing but if you dont have the password i guess you have to accept that its over
if you want to start over, you can always start over using another gmail (note that you cant unlink gmail)

i mean thats a personal question kinda if you accept it or not. you cant really change it now anyway, it happened already. since its hacked and i suppose your locations are different (hacker and you) it may very well be that tgc thinks you are sharing it and thus bans it somewhen since its against tos. imo it would be better to make a new one and start over, making sure everything is safe if you wanna keep some friends you can talk to them first and then add them on the new account again
