I have a question about Star Pins?

I received my Aurora doll (my first Start Pin) and I have 2 accounts. Ones Mine and one is my Kids. I play on PC, though, and currently there's no way to use Star for PC... From what I understand they're permanently attached?

So, I have to make a decision. Attach it to my Kid's account and log in on my phone to use it ...

Or, log out of Steam, use it, log back onto steam to keep it on my main account. Either way it's inconvenient and I HAVE to chose one or the other to live with.

Are the Attachments permanent? Has anyone heard anything about Star being Accessible to PC?

I don't understand why I can't link it to my account and have a permanent spell in my spell inventory. Pins are cute idea but I'm finding them REALLY inconvenient.

yes the attachment is permanent. no they are not accessible on pc. it doesnt work as a permanent spell available in inventory. you have to scan each time you want to use it. sometimes star pins cant be activated in certain locations, so depending on what the star pin is, the game would give you that in spell form (only 1 of it and using it would make it disappear from inventory) in your inventory (art of sky book is an example of one that does this), but otherwise, you must scan to use star pins.

Adding on to Nora: There also isn't anything TGC can do to make them available to scan on a PC. It's something the manufacturers of the devices themselves (not the pins!) would have to do/add to make them function.

While being close to tallest has its unavoidable drawbacks for gameplay, you can't tell for sure whether you reached the max. Sky has more than 4000 sizes and all height measurements including the fanmade skykidheight.com website - dev confirmed - are pretty inaccurate, but you can guess there with moth hair without shoes. The game doesn't log how many spells did you use before. Therefore if you are not at max or min height, you have 1:4000 statistical chance each time.

After Eden, the second highest chance is in Wasteland. Some hours are good, some aren't. The most you can typically find is at Treasure Reef, Broken temple, Ark, Shipwreck and Battlefield (in Graveyard it's not that common but in some hours it has a bunch of blacks as well)

You might also find blacks in Vault archives.

Btw in Eden you can get the most of the black ones before the krills around the pipes so you might not risk as much as you thought.

I have a question but im gonna give context first.

Context: so i was chatting using the in game chat when i had a typo i was saying how it's more fun to candle run in with others than alone well the typo had a C were the F in fun was supposed to be and i ended up getting a warning from the sky devs. On my keyboard the letter C is right below the F key so its common typo for me well it seems they thought i was trying to say the c word with i wasn't and now im afraid to type in in game chat now seeing as my dyslexia could also cause some seriously misunderstood typos this happened yesterday.

Did the friend you are trying to send the heart to collect the last heart that you gave ? If not, you can not send a heart to them until the day after the day during which they'll collect it (yeah that's some kind of complicated sentence).
Hearts work as giving light, I'll give an instance :
If you send a heart day 4, and you friend collect that heart day 7, you'll not be able to send another heart until day 8.

To me it sounds like either they didn't collect the last heart, either you aren't friends since enough time to send hearts, unlocking a friendship emote and using it also helps for the game to acknowledge that you are friends since "enough time" but I don't remember if it's something mandatory to do tho

I guess that it depends where you stop in Eden to go home. For instance (only guesses not 100% sure), if you stop in the coridor before entering the statues area, normally when going back to Eden with the return shrine, you should appear in the same corridor. However if you go home from another place in Eden before the PNR, I am unsure about where you'll be placed when returning. I wouldn't be surprised if it's in a location exposed to krills.

It means when your phone died it’s sent a broken data package to the servers and missed your savepoint. It out you in Eden stormlock, forcing you to use the return shrine. You can finish Eden or you can use some glitches to get out of stormlock.

I know your question wasn't that wide but I'll present everything so that it is clearer for you.

In Sky there are various ways to get cosmetics :

• Reviving memories from base spirits that you can find in every realm, then having a look at their "tree", and unlocking their stuff by paying white candles, hearts, ascended candles (from Eden). Those spirits are available at all times for you to interact with !
• Seasons, during which new spirits or cosmetics and emotes will be introduced. Those are specific to the season. The season usually last around 77 days. During a season, the currency you have to use to unlock the seasonal spirits' cosmetics are seasonal (orange) candles. Also, for every season, you can buy a "pass" that is money-costing and grants you access to further cosmetics that are pass-exclusive ! Once the season ends, the seasonal spirits leave, and you have to wait for them to visit again as "Traveling Spirits" if you missed some of their stuff !
• Wait for a Traveling Spirit to visit. Every two weeks, a spirit from a past season visits in Sky and stays from Thursday to Sunday. Currently we have a Traveling Spirit visiting, which is "Stretching Guru" (you can use the command "!ts" to know when traveling spirits come) !
• Events : almost every month, an event occurs. Events are always named "Days of [something]". Every event has a theme ! Some of them are based on real life celebrations, such as Christmas (Days of Feast), Valentine's day (Days of Love), New Year (Days of Fortune), Halloween (Days of Mischief) ... And return every year. Other events are linked to real life seasons, such as the current Days of Bloom event which occurs at the same time than Spring in various countries, Days of Sunlight which occurs for the passage to Summer, ... For these events, some cosmetics will cost "tickets", a currency specific to events that you have to collect in the event's areas. Others will cost white candles and hearts.

I don't know which day it is, but there's a schedule to which activity happens when in the office. When it's space station day, the TV in the meeting room is flashing and has a teleport button, you should be able to get up there that way.

It could be that shards are bugged but for now not a lot of players have complained about it. The first time that you completed/or went to the shards location, or if it auto-completed itself, did you verify if you collected the wax ? If yes, then it's only normal that you do not see it anymore
Note that sometimes you can collect black shards' wax without realizing it as the wax orbs are not clearly visible

Note that many many players even intermediate ones confuse the mechanism of red shards versus black shards.

When the black shards auto burn, there is no cutscene and no animation at all, just the first time you did it, the regular wax automatically flies to you if you are close to the shard remains, which is often not visible because of the explosion.

Why do the TS group spirits have color on their capes but when I buy the capes, they are all black/grey items? I literally lost all my candles for these items because I thought they had color.

TGC really baited me into buying the capes, and I am so upset right now. Like for example, look at this guy, the Slouching Soldier, I bought his cape and when I put it on. Its a grey cape...

From now on I will never trust how a spirit looks with their item before buying it. I am disappointed, and might actually quit this game

Spirits, whether they are base spirits or traveling spirits, will always appear in two possible colors : blue or golden. Blue means you haven't ascended them buy buying their Eden candles-costing nodes, golden means you have bought that node and upgraded them.

Yeah that winged light does not actually exist, it is a visual bug on your map (assuming you already have the four in that area)
