Through that tunnel, you will see 4 portals. One of them takes you to AURORA (it’ll look like her), and the other three will take you to the seasons of The Little Prince, Nine Colored Deer, and Moomin!

going home and redoing it with it disabled should work normally

Oh those are the second tier wing buffs for Stealthy Survivor and Memory Whisperer, regular spirits from wasteland and vault respectively! Like Devious said, even though they cost more, they still function the same as a regular 2 AC wing buff. It just costs that much since it’s the second wing buff for those spirits and because they’re two of the most expensive regular spirits overall

As far as i know not all pins have 15 minutes cool down, for example the Kizuna AI call pins have different (no) cooldown, so if they depend on each other it can depend on what pin you are using
