try to run diagonal towards the air current, and once you're in the air current, change the flying mode while still moving forward. There are other ways, but that's what I do and it works everytime. Kinda difficult to explain but hope I made myself understood.

you could also mention qnh and how the community helps each other, or that there's a skybot who loves peas, or that there are lots of easter eggs ingame like Oreo (one of the Dev's dog), the actual TGC Office (Secret Area), or out of bounds crabs and piggy family, or that the devs like a bug/glitch so much that they kept it in the game (chibi fall), or that SKY supports good stuff like donation during DoN and DoC, or mention that mother bird/The Light who created all SKY kids is not actually mentioned a lot ingame so lots of players don't even know her, or that the dark dragons are called krill by the players and add some pics from meme channel into your presentation if you wanna xD edit for typo, as usual xD

Yesterday Hector noticed that DoN geyser spells vanish after game restart even if they still had lots of time left, and I just retested and can confirm.
Is this an actual bug or intended? (For reference, Days of Mischief spells were also cut according to Hector)

Since it's a native Mac app, Sky CotL's data might be stored in the following locations:

~/Library/Containers/com.tgc.sky.app (or similar depending on the version) - This folder stores the app's container with its core data.
~/Library/Caches/com.tgc.sky.app - This folder might hold temporary data used by the app.

Clean Install on Mac:
Uninstall through Launchpad:
Open Launchpad.
Find Sky CotL and hold down the Option (⌥) key.
Click the "X" that appears and confirm deletion.
This should remove the main app but might leave some configuration files.

Manual Removal:
Open Finder.
Go to ~/Library/Containers/.
Find a folder named com.tgc.sky.app (or similar) and move it to Trash.
Go to ~/Library/Caches/.
Look for a folder related to Sky CotL (might be named com.tgc.sky.app) and move it to Trash.
Empty the Trash.

Important Note: Be cautious goat when deleting files in ~/Library/ folders. Make sure you've identified the correct folders before removing them.

In my opinion it's just human error. In past all spells were cancelled at game restart. Then - based on player feedback - they strengthened most them just not all of them because they didn't think about these ones imo (they are generated differently).

Each area has one, especially in events which are used for teleportation. They are usually so far oob that normally you don't see them but sometimes devs move and check them in daylight when it's not that noticeable (after season the shattering guide was extremely close to area borders )

You have to watch 30 sunsets while being in your nest. Sunset appears from xx:40 to xx:50 every hour. It doesn't really matter if it's the same sunset, or many, but it has to be 30 times, so there are two ways to do it:

• Fast way: When the sunset starts, go in and out of your nest during sunset as many times as you can, you probably won't be able to do it all in once tho.
• Slow/calm way: do it on your pace taking into account the sunset timing, it'll probably take you more than a day to do it, but if you're cool with not rushing it and prefer doing it slowly and less annoyingly than the fast way, it might be better for you to see a sunset whenever you have time and it'll be completed eventually. Take into account that doing it while being AFK does not count towards completion of the quest.

Thanks, tough I uninstall trough Launchpad is not possible (at least in macOS Sequoia for some reason), after some time searching in ~/Library/ and folders within it ( ) I could not find any folder with the Sky's bundle ID (there should be at least one in ~/Library/Containers by the way macOS apps work afaik) and the only two files I could find within my system (manually and trough AppCleaner) were the game's .app file and one crash report (yes, my game struggles ) and even after deleting the game's .app file it doesn't do an clean install (the game retains all account data and settings on it)

Some apps might store data in hidden folders within ~/Library/. Here's how to access them:
Open Finder.
Go to your home directory.
Press Command + Shift + . (period) to show hidden files and folders.
Look for anything Sky related again from the beginning.

Did you use AppCleaner's "Clean Items." feature after Sky is installed and restarted device afterwards?

Many app installation leftovers don't have folders and files names with "Sky", they have quite 007 movie code names. You can however figure out by leftover icons or file content which indicate where they are from. It might worth a try.

Shoes as separate cosmetics are kinda new. Most of them are from previous season spirits whose pants already included shoes but then with the closet updates some of them got separated into shoes and pants, so the people who have their shoes, have them because they already had the spirits' pants.

Yeah, but then again, that's your experience and pov. It's actually very good that you have such a healthy game/life balance and know that grinding is a personal decision, but some players do see tgc as the one to blame for the FOMO, so it's kind of a complex situation. You can always use #live-feedback to let your thoughts on the ticketing system be heard tho, that's for sure.

iPad Pro 11-inch (M2) or iPad Air (M1), pack the most powerful mobile processors (M1 or M2) with excellent integrated GPUs. You can use it to practice. In the settings of the player section, you can select the instrument you'd like to play and change the note name type(doremi/abc/PS/Switch) so that it best fits your knowledge/device, that way you can learn visually and then memorize where each note is.

The filter's been quite over sensitive since last update and it's been sending many false alarms/warns and unfortunately (?) there's no way to turn it off to speak more comfortably while the issue is solved. You can contact support too you're receiving many warnings for it.

that sounds like the nintendo switch filter. sky ingame filter makes words red and won't display red messages to your friends at all - if that's the case, you can open a support ticket ingame to help tgc improve the chat filter. As for the nintendo filter, your friends will be able to see the sentence correctly if they don't play on switch ^-^

If you took advantage of a bug that required going to original home and/or aviary and setting them as your home each time to get the candle, that's abuse and that's what's unfair for other players. I took a look at the post you linked to from February (#questions-and-help message), and I wanted to clarify some things so that we can prevent any misunderstandings. I know that stuff related to IAPs can be a sensitive topic for a lot of folks!

IAP prices in different countries are set by the platforms that the game is published on, not by TGC. In other words—Apple, Google, PlayStation, etc. make the decision that an IAP which costs (quick example only) $10 in USD will cost $15 in CAD, €13 in Europe, ¥1600 in Japan, etc.

When these platforms set/adjust prices for different countries, it accounts for things like exchange rates and local taxes. All purchases are taxed according to laws in your country/area, always.

Maybe something you interacted with in the game got stuck and isn't allowing you to interact with anything else. This is just a guess, but if you think it might be the case, I suggest you try some standard troubleshooting, that might help smoothing things out:

• Check internet connection and re-connect if possible.
• Close and re-open the game
• Restart device
• Clear the game cache (not confuse with game data!)
• Last Resource: Uninstall and re-install (make sure to have your account linked and your Sky ID in your notes before doing this so that you don't lose progress!!)

If none of those work, I'd recommend you report in #report-a-live-bug and/or contact support if you consider necessary.

That‘s not a bug. When you‘re in the middle of the shattering quests, you‘ll see the six memories in order instead of the random one. So if you‘re with someone who just started the shattering quests, they‘d see jellyfish while you see whale today

• Disable any app that could interfere with your wifi connection (v.p.n/DNS settings)
• Restart both your device and WiFi router
• Try with a different connection or in another moment in case there is any connection dropout

Instrument sheets are different due to different lines of music, for example a guitar plays the melody while the contra bass plays, well, the bass. Also, double tapping notes should generally be clear by the note popping up twice in a row, if thats not the case maybe you either didnt see it in the moment or the person accidentally tapped twice
