Yeah that list rotates through your non favorite friends. People may not show up if they are very inactive. You can try blocking some people, you can unblock them later.

Isle one could be a bug if not then it must be the one on the rock ramp that you jump off of in the desert to fly upto the temple, the prairie one could be the ones on the temple roof or in the villages below.

every day for the current event (days of nature) you can collect 4 event currencies. The spell you showed is a way to get more event currency at the cost of ascended candles.

Its a shared memory spell. With this, you can record a memory of yourself to let others see.

i recommend doing the other events but you can also only get 1000 from the geyser and about 200-300 from turtle. I still recommend doing valley races and vault, and getting a lot of treasure candles. I usually get about 17 with that, not even doing geyser
