Eeeh, that can vary. If you havent bought hearts from seasonal guides or basegame spirits, thats a good place to start. Collecting lights from friends daily is a slow method, but works over time. You can also ask to trade with them as well if they're willing. Leaving behind messages in boats, shared spaces or so on can also help with hearts.

If you don't have many candles tho, that can def slow u down

The heart disappears when you collect heart fragments. The workaround is to collect all the fragments, restart your game, and then collect the hearts

and the other one is go on a piggy, do a faint emote and let the person above you let go (they will fall throuhg the door and they can reach out their hand to glitch you through)

You will always loose all the wl you collected from the map and need to recollect them again.
To get reborn with more wedges you need to buy wing buffs from spirits before entering eden.
If you save more statues you will get more ac, the statues do not give you wings
