Okay, so I just completed the Eye of Eden, and I had lvl 55 winged light. I left that "orbit" area that's what people call it. But now that I am back, all my lvls for my winged light ate gone. I watched videos and it said that you have to get your winged light in that "orbit" area BEFORE you leave. But I didn't even know about that, I didn't even see them. So Now I can't even go back to the Eye of Eden, and all the winged light locations have reset. And I am also at lvl 1 again. Does this mean I'm going to have to do all those trials again, and go to all those areas again to get them back? Because if that's the case.. why couldn't it be clear that I had to do something at the orbit before leaving??..

Wing buffs are separate from winged light. You have to recollect your normal wl every time u do Eden

basically I was trying to do an alt account for my phone (my main is on switch) and this was the process:
-since both on phone and switch I had my main I logged out from the phone since for me the commands are easier on switch
-I make a new switch account for my alt, it goes well and then I proceed to put it in my phone
-then I decide to put my alt on the switch since I wanted to redo the game on there cuz It's easier
-when I put my alt on the switch my main vanishes and out of fear (since nothing was working and it has never happened to me) I press "login from a local account" or something

and I think that made it like reset? I really hope not tho because I spent a lot of time there

I think I figured it out. I don't think they used the camera at all.

I think they were on mobile, and cropped out the buttons that would show up above their heads when using the flute.

Dunno if it’s related, but yesterday at the end of mine and sister’s candle run in Forest, we encountered a glitch where the prompt to open the camera was present even though neither of us were carrying one. We could open the camera UI and use it and everything.

Not sure how exactly the glitch triggers, but maybe that was it?

I think all three Days of Nature events were collabs, and I don't think TGC got the Ocean Cleanup to collab with them this year (or at least not yet)

Here's some things you could try:

• Restore Purchases (as shown in the picture below)
• Check if the pass is being offered free to you in the shop and claim it
• If none of the two worked above then you could try clearing app data but make sure your sky account is linked up with something and you know your login details for it

Ultimately, if none of that works then contact support
