In case anyone has that problem in the future i think i figured out what the problem was ? You need to go into the mac preferences directly. I don't exactly know what happened but i typed "controller" in the search bar and something in the accessibility category came up, something that can be translated as "selection control", and enabling it seemed to make my game recognize the controller. It's disabled but still works now. I still don't get what happened but I hope it can help someone else if i put this here

Often times managed connections (in this case your school WiFi) are not detected as secure by the game (due to being an monitored connection) so its more an issue of your connection, you could try disabling Apple’s Private Relay if you have it or Samsung’s/Pixel’s Private Connection

-Try restoring purchases. Go to Settings > Store and swipe all the way to the right to find the "Restore" option

You can get roughly 2 hearts every day if you make 120 active friends. It does suck getting up to that point but you can bypass the candle cost to make that many friends by using friend codes and meeting up with people here.

They did not change the amount it's still 20-21.5, your candle will turn grey after collecting 20 candles. but the candle turning grey also counts in if you have a partial candle in your meter when you start the day. So if you have let's say, 32.5 candles before collecting wax, your candle would turn grey at 52.5 candles, and not 52 after collecting 20 candles. If that makes sense.

heya, i noticed that the only outfits you can unlock with standars spirits are pretty basic, and the only ones that change dramatically are the seasonal ones, are there any that i can unlock now that actually look different from the basic ones?

You normally get different looking outfits from the traveling spirits that come every 2 weeks and some change. The next one comes the 25th but doesn't have an outfit.

The outfit you can get this season is obtainable after purchasing the season pass and acquiring 2 seasonal hearts. That can take a while of playing daily for 10-15m or so.

Check the Season Pass screen where you bought it, it should have a red dot and say claim free.
You can also try clearing app data though make sure you know your login info
