Hey y'all! Just to clarify some of the rumors that have been popping up in chat:

• Unreleased content in the live version of the game = hacked content
• All account bans in the game are handled by folks in Player Support, and are placed only after a manual review of that account. In other words, we don't do "instant bans" from the game like this.

So perhaps there was a misunderstanding somewhere? If there's a situation where anyone here is banned and isn't sure why, please do contact the Support folks outside of the game to ask what happened.

If you just did Eden and passed the PNR (point of no return) there’s no way to get them back, unless you end Eden and they should be back in the map where you found them

Sadly TGC has its own schedule, and they’re people working in this project, they’re human and not working machines to release fixes every day, they also needed to test the fixes if not they could broke more things, and this is more related to an discussion, so it’s better to move this to #general-sky-discussion

I had a server connection issue a while back, and collected some seasonal light while the network was down. I think that a bug occured where collecting the light offline registered for the environment but not for my candle count, making it so that I can't recollect the seasonal wax

the only valid account is the vanilla, live accounts. the only exceptions are beta players (who have their own servers so you wont even see them) so anything out of the ordinary you see in game that hasn't been oficially released by tgc is most likely hacking.

I have done practically all the candles/those plant things and grandmas. and its supposed to give me like 20 candles. but I have gotten less than 15! whats going on???

and when I get the light frm candles/pants that are like meduim sized I notice it doesnt even make the candle fill up a smidge.

I literally did the huge plant in the islands area in that cave. and it gave me a tiny little smidge!

if you have any less than 3, you will slowly gain candles at a slower rate, until you have 0 chevrons

The hacked book exists in a hacker's inventory, it's whether they have it placed out.

If you were afk for more than 10 minutes and someone else was carrying you, then it wont register.

i'm curious, do the candles in oreo's area have spawn triggers? i've chibi fallen in there to bypass the elevator 3 times, the candles were there the first time and the last 2 times they weren't

In my expirience, if u bypass elevator without igniting buttons - there not gonna be candles.
