just to make this clear: when you block them, they won’t see you online anymore and they won’t be able to see you (you’ll be unlit for them) if they meet you in a server you will just look grey for them
for you they won’t be in the constellation anymore but you can unblock them again and will be able to see them in the constellation again (if they are online, their outfit and also join them)

You've either not bought anything from the other Realm Constellations, or the percentage doesn't show until you've gotten all the Realm's Spirits (don't remember which sorry but it's probably the first)

you can try restarting your game, that sometimes helps it but there is a chance that you would have to do that every time your friend went offline and online again

You can grab all of them back if you're quick about it, or there's someone to help
However once they shatter, they go back to their original location and you'll have to recollect them

There's a set amount of wing light scattered in the Realms, grab one and their spot becomes sparkly to indicate that you've already gotten that specific WL

you can collect it, then it won’t be there in this exact location anymore until you loose the winged light (due to the krill, shards, eden or rain even, dark water can also be a reason) then the winged light will be there again and you can collect it again, after collecting it and not loosing it, it won’t be there in this exact spot for you to recollect again (until you loose it again ofc )

however for the map to show that wl you have to unlock the map (additionally the map can also display if you are missing a base game spirit, in that case the map will only show you for that area that you are missing the base game spirit and not the wl)

Aviary right now is kinda bugged and it gets you on a completely full server at the moment you get on there, you can join to your friend in another map, or right at the moment they become online (also I've had problems with joining friends between platforms but that was because of different game versions, make sure you both have the latest hotfix update installed)

Depends on what are you trying to refund, you can't get an refund from candle packs, season passes and similar packs that include candles, if you refund In App Purchase items they will be removed from your inventory, all of this depends on what store are you refunding from (example; AppStore, Google, Nintendo Shop)
