Youtube has a bunch of songs you can learn from if you have it opened on another screen. I've also referenced https://sky-music.github.io/ which has a list of music sheets from traditional songs to anime OPs.
There's an app on playstore (not sure about app store?) called "Sky Studio" which mimics in-game instruments and keys and you can import or export music sheets.

A little personal survey:
About the music sheets in-game, do you like the method of showing when to play/tap the next note?

||I kind of feel it's a bit hard to figure the instant I need to play it with that enlarging boarder-box. After the last doodle by google (the one in honor of the Savoy Ballroom) I realized how much I would appreciate a shrinking border-box. Even becuase it gives me the sensation of narrowing/getting closer to the correct time||

Idk about you but I wish it could work like this:

The highlight border-box for suggesting the next note (when playing a music-sheet) could be better expressed in a different way, the blue line could be a brighter color (not visible in nightly HomeSpace) or .. as I wish... I would subvert its today's paradigm, by turning it insideout.

I mean the border-box could shrink instead of expanding (after all as a candlerunner I got used to grab a winged light when the halo-flare is as narrow as possible, narrowing gives a better feel of when a time is arriving) and I think it could be better too if the exact point of pressing/tapping the note were when the shrinking arrive at the same radius of the incircle (in all notes, not just 3 Cs, topleft & middle & bottomright, aka A1 B3 C5) SOoo when the highlight becomes inscribed in the squares rotated by 45 degrees)

It would be even nice if the border-box would slowly shift (sort of like in CSS rules) from a square (with a border-radius of 5%) to a circle (with a border-radius of 50%) as circle was the symbol of perfection in ancient times

Check if your phone has a built in screen recorder in the settings - I find those recorders are usually best (and often easier to use). You might have to configure it in settings to remove/add watermark, turn off camera/microphone/etc. But once that's all done, the system recorders are usually as intuitive as most commonly used phone features

Angle had to be very precise with the sticks as well. But otherwise, very intuitive. Yeah it's possible, especially with touchscreen input. It's like with playing an actual instrument, like a piano rl. You're only limited by how many notes you can hit simultaneously. That said, with the UI update multi note playing seems to be a bit more unreliable, but it is still doable.

For playing with a controller, multi note playing is definitely possible. I'm not sure if it has the same unreliability as touchscreen though

You can play sky with a controller, like a PS4 controller or similar. I personally play with a switch pro controller paired to my phone
