Yeah tbh the quest are just sorta all over the place. There’s really not any story drive to it I thought the whole story was going to be about reconnecting the realms via the wind tunnels. But we did that in like 1 quest and everything after was just, filler.

Hey everyone, how do you currently feel about the relive spirit quests? I’m really happy that they’ve opened up quests to all the past seasonal spirits as well but i think they should add a hint or even the name of the spirit in the quest title for better understanding.. after 2 years of playing i hardly recall what the spirits are called let alone where they are located.

And its kinda a waste that they also din tell more abt the background story of this island. We have a bird communicator (messenger), boat builder (engineer), bell keeper (traffic/time keeper) etc , it felt like it was once a place famous for engineers and trades. And those wind tunnels even made it more convenient for ppl staying around Sky to gather here to get what they need. I wish this background story gets explored deeper so the characters really shine too.

Yeah. Holding L2 shows up a window that shows you the controls. R1 is now the button for Stepping Mode and rolling haha

I still dont know which entrance and exits connect in the main floating island in the wind path
And the air current which as expressway can only be escaped by flying downwards
There are 5 candle groups on the main island and 3 each on other islands
Somebody pls comment about this before I give my feedback 😅
Because I wish we can escape the air expressway easier so we can turn to the portals to other realms on the right and I want a marker for each entrance- exit connection on the main island

I don’t think those are usual pant belts. Some belts are used to wrap around waist on top of shirts/dresses to make it look cooler in a lot of cultures so that’s probably what they were going for. I can’t know the reason for sure but i think it looks fine

I know robes usually have tie like that over belly rather than at hips since they don't usually have buttons to hold them. So have a tie in the middle of the costume

again, none of your currencies and items are guaranteed to stay with you on the beta version of the game. the accounts were adjusted to preserve in-game economic integrity. candle running on beta is an important part of testing, so bugs which would grant you an endless amount of candles would be patched and your currencies adjusted. I understand you're upset because you legitimately obtained these candles, but this is the nature of beta, and you shouldn't get too attached to your items because a progress wipe can completely reset your account at any time.

It wasn't a hack, it was more of a bug, and it was used a lot. so it was decided that everyone's candles be reseted.

@buoyant berry taking the discussion about guides based on beta content... It is just that I have seen too many times people getting into discussion based on said candle count guides... AP vs non AP locked items etc even before the final price, spirit trees and even items are confirmed.
Case in point: in another server where you shared the guide you can see people reacting that they are only able to save so much for IAP of DoM...

Images are easy to share hence the caution. Not only here. But in social media generally.. Things move fast if it is an image or a video content - it is easy to forward. And the context or original intent of the image gets diluted within few shares as many don't read it as the creator intended to (like how you have included the word beta in the image but people will totally ignore it most times)

Sugesstion : make it obvious in the title of the guides, in the image itself
E.g.
"Season Cosmetics guide"

Indeed, they need graphic designers for their icon design. If they have few pairs of icons looking almost identical to each other, its a failed icon system. And with more emotes in a longer menu, a good set of icons is really important in aiding ppl expressing themselves more efficiently, instead of clicking on wrong response/taking alot of time to double check which emote is correct.

You need to swipe left/right to barrel roll and exit it.

If you need extra push, you can flap the wings as you swipe to left or right. You can only escape the stream if there are no clouds(to left or right) to where you are tying to exit

I have a huge concern about Sky as a game - I feel that the way the game is being steered by some of the community regarding tasks and difficulty and the time it takes to do things is going to spoil the game forever.
the developers know what they are doing and know how to make a fun game - always on first release of new content build through beta is so awesome and great gameplay but I feel that far too much gets changed all because some people don’t have the time or can’t be bothered to complete . I have seen one person get multiple people to put in feedback not based from their own experience but from one persons and this will ultimately ruin the game . Let’s say one person gets 100 people to put in feedback and the 100 people get their friends also .. this really concerns me and I really love how the game is ( not bugs ) when a build of new content is first released to us . Please everyone put ur own feedback and not what others tell you to .

I see plenty of personal views and opinions here. Let's not forget that not all beta testers are vocal in the discussion channels. Let's also not forget TGC makes the decisions at the end of the day. They would never agree to a change that doesn't fit with their own views and/or gameplay.
For example the krill trick patch. So many people didn't want them patched and where vocal about it.
TGC patched them to protect the gameplay.
I do agree with you, everybody should form an opinion from their own experiences. Many people encourage that here.
I have faith in the majority of the testers and i have faith in TGC and how they handle their feedback.

There's no set time either. Invite waves are simply done whenever they're needed. And beta isn't just a playground. You need to put in work meticulously testing out features in order to help TGC improve their content and prepare it for the live release (and that means doing a lot of update reading and also bug reporting!) If you're looking to see content in advance, id just suggest quietly watching the beta channels (and dont beg for anything. thats a nono)

This is absolutely not the case. I've frequently expressed that I have better things to spend time on instead of Sky. This never meant that I was going to promote submitting negative feedback solely for the purpose of saying negative things. I never asked, and will never ask people to submit negative feedback because I dislike parts of the game.

Sometimes people may not be able to find the correct words that expresses their thoughts in a clear way, which is what's very important when we're submitting them. Other people can and must have assisted others with clarifying their thoughts, even if that wasn't their intention. People are allowed to put ideas they agree with into feedback channels as well. There's no such thing as poor feedback, there's honest feedback, and game designers determine whether or not that feedback fits the game or doesn't. All feedback is valuable.

I could not disagree more. Negative feedback does NOT equal to abusing TGC's kindness or disrespecting them. In fact, their kindness and consideration towards the community is what drives me to be more honest with them. If negative or honest feedback were not taken into consideration, and TGC wasn't as polite to people providing that, would Sky really be where it is today? If we only provided positive feedback, would game designers really be able to improve Sky and shape it for a massive audience? Game designers are very competent people, and they have shaped the game over time to fit multiple play-styles, and improvements suggested by others definitely assisted them during these processes.

Never assume that people criticising the game are disrespectful, because that's not what we are. We love TGC's compassion and kindness and consideration just as much as you do. We all have a common goal in mind and that is to improve Sky for players old and new. Thanks for understanding.

some people just like to collect, but frankly i wouldnt mind to have a whole collection of white-bluish cosmetics with golden accents because i like them
