Level load trigger is disabled. People are breaking the TOS to get in, and once they're in, unknowing friends would join them, not knowing their going in the new area (or maybe they do know, who knows). It happens every season.

The way I look at it personally, someone had to come save our character too after we die in Eden -- I can imagine the Prince just waiting for us up in Orbit a long time after we died and were freed to head up there ourselves, but the whole thing is pretty metaphysical to begin with

"summer lights" was based more on the idea of floating paper lanterns/boats at night, whereas the actual "days of summer" event we're getting looks more tropical/beach-themed -- they're pretty different visually, assuming days of summer lights is similar to what we got last year

it's kinda like how valentine's day and the lunar new year were around similar periods this year, but from completely different themes

I still love the season overall, and controversies about IAPs aside, this was such a well-done season. TGC most definitely knocked it out of the park with this one.

But I was a little underwhelmed with the last quest? For me, I enjoyed all the previous quests, even if they were in places that I’d been to before, because I was getting to experience the wonder of these places through the Prince’s eyes. It really felt like he was a friend, and I love playing instruments in game so the quest where we got to play the guitar was a particular highlight of mine.

But the last quest kinda lacked that magic for me. It was just regular Eden with a few extra cutscenes (and I liked the cutscenes, but still).

I was wondering if anyone felt similar? And before anyone asks, yes I’m going to provide feedback, I’m just looking for opinions in this channel.

I just really dislike forcing players to play through the most challenging realm of the game and still not being sure you will complete the quest, if it's true you have to give a wl to the prince's statue. I also agree it felt unfinished. I didn't understand the purpose of it all.

The thing about the last quest is you don't just have to spend the best part of an hour finishing it; afterwards, you have to go recollect all your winglights again. Some players might not be so happy about that.

And yeah in the 7th(?) quest, I did feel that worry and despair watching him walk towards the mountain but at the end of Eden, I didn’t feel like I had saved him. I was happy to see him in orbit ofc, but it almost felt like I had nothing to do with that

I read back some messages and I honestly didn’t get that you had to find the little prince statue in the last area, so you had to find his statue specifically and give light to it? I guess I was just lucky then and lit it by accident, because he was in orbit when I finished.
I mean from a story perspective it totally makes sense to light his statue, but it was certainly unclear for me that this was the task.

And I also agree with what bleptia and sol said before. I teared up at the quest where we have to play music for the prince and at the cutscenes of the rose, as well as the part where the little prince walks through the desert towards Eden. But the Eden quest itself just left me blank. It definitely doesn’t have such a big impact as the other ones.

I would like to add on to what Ignis said. Yes, bug reports and feedback are a plus for TGC. Some people don't have the spare time to fill those out. That's okay. Their time on the beta server is still valuable. There is data that gets collected on the beta server that we don't see behind the scenes.

A good example of this is each wax ball in the world has a unique identifier and gets logged to each account. They can see the wax collected for CR's for clarification on where players go so they can add more wax in that area or maybe add wax in other areas to entice players to go there instead. This is just one avenue of data that gets collected in beta. (whether it's used or not is beyond me, but I just used common sense that each wax ball is unique, because how else would the server know to not award wax at the same spot twice, they may not look into the server logs for this info, but they could)

Another one is the outfits players log out in. That would signify which cosmetics are more popular among players.

Talking about the Equinox which is used to specify when seasons start and end. Summer Solstice is June 19-21st depending on how the sun aligns. Autumnal Equinox is usually September 18-22nd (depending on sun, again) Winter Solstice is December 19-22nd (depending on sun alignment) and Spring Equinox is March 17-21st (depending on sun alignment that year.)

Edit: if you're southern Hemisphere, just flip the Equinoxes and Solstices for your seasons.

Hey guys this is probably a little late but...what are your thoughts on eden rn? I dont enjoy how slow we walk while giving light to the statues especially under eden rain.. i get its for immersion cuz we're supposed to be limping and weaker without light BUT...its just so slow..sorry i dont have the patience for it orz...i went to eden with a friend, I have 160+ winged light and i barely reached the last statue at the end with just 3 WL to spare ywy/ just sharing my thoughts,,, might send this to feedback channel later...i dont wanna spend 30+ mins to an hour in eden just to grab my weekly ac... cant even jump or like walk or sprint its just so slow... And im always busy and cant spend too much time in the game anymore

Since this change has hit live, it would be best to either #report-a-live-bug or give #live-feedback.

It hasn't been confirmed if it's a bug or intended. It's been flagged up for review, though. Since there was nothing in the live patch notes about that big of a change, I think it would be safe to say it's a bug, though.

Wait, sword pants were never a regular seasonal spirit item. They were an IAP first and then moved to the QG's tree for 200 candles. Even if you just do the daily quests in the season each day and collect whatever wax is in the way, you should be able to accumulate that amount. Unless you spend it on friends.

Seasons have always required all realms to be open for players to complete the daily quests. So the Valley requirement is just to make the season available.

in simpler words, there are permanent seasonal spirits from the past seasons in each realm now and you can experience their memories and unlock their emote but only level one. you cant get their cosmetics until they return as an official TS at home (not sure how to word that). it also means if you already saw their memory, instead of having to find them, you should be able to unlock their cosmetics and stuff right away when they’re at home || that was not simpler words
