The way invites work changed recently, so it won't work this way anymore, they won't necessarily come when live season comes anymore, they will just come sometimes whenever it is needed

As I was climbing super high, I tried placing Tea Set IN the windwall (successfully). I couldn't land on it, but got pretty close. If I could have landed on it, I would have been able to tea set teleport (maybe) through the windwall. Of course, that's a theory.

If we worked hard to get on top of tea set even slightly in the windwall, we might be able to teleport THROUGH it, as we already were slightly IN the windwall.

judging by old table footage the windwalls basically extend forever and unless you have a way to stop yourself from getting pushed back (old table prevented you from getting off your seat) you're basically never going to get over it

From my experience, teleport always, ALWAYS teleports to the side, unless you hit some kind of wall. If you hit a wall mid-teleport, you go upward.

You go up most of the time lol. Sometimes you go into walls, if there isn't an invisible wall, or wind wall.

Resets are the same one per day. You just gain wax faster in the beginning and gets extremely slow if you continue after one point. Not linear steady rate like in live.

It's not harder if you do full cr you won't be affected by the system

If you look at the beginning and the ending point it should give the same amount of wax. However in my opinion doing a full candle run is harder simply because low chevrons are so slow. Its really demotivating for me to continue after a point and put the same amount of energy and time to get eg. half amount of candle. But its a personal opinion.

we get burnt out if we stay in the rain for too long in forest, but we can go and walk in water.

i also hope they bring back the tree one more time so we can farm test if they nerfed the tree

It's mostly for the majority of Sky players who can't even do a full Candle run anyway.
Instead they spend 30 minutes doing a realm to get 5-7 candles, so they can get a good amount still each day.

TCG cares that we are stressing over Candle Runs, instead of focusing on homework/sleeping/life.

So they put this system in place so we can still get a decent amount of candles, and still get sleep/do life.

the ultimates were null items, if you bought them, you wouldn't get them. even when the bug was fixed, those who bought those items didn't get them back. i think on the very last day tgc managed to give them back, but some people never got all of the ultimates

Tbh i really like the candle ui it's pretty and the sound is cute despite its connected to the sad sad chevron drop the only thing i would like to see or watch back is how my internal chevrons are, but they might didn't add that option intentionally so we couldn't monitor it constantly

kiki I get your frustration, but ui is also an important part for people to understand things, since this new DL system isn’t easily understandable or intuitive, since players got so much used to the previous cr system. I’d assume devs put energy in it to make the transition to new system as fluid as possible for live players too

While I get the sentiment, I personally like the minor touches. Adds just the right TGC flair. They could have notified tier drops with just a pop up image then back to normal instead of nothing, but knowing my chevron tier is going down via animation does show me they care. For someone who doesn't forge until the realm is done, knowing roughly how many candles I have, without forging mid-realm is nice for 3 and 2 chevrons where you can get a good chunk of candles per realm. Edit: the sound is also a nice touch if I tunnel visioned and didn't see the animation.)

from my small brain it looks like a % boss health bar haha
like, one chevron will decrease with each wax collected and when it reaches zero one of the chevrons "die for the day" and another health bar appear at 100%

Yes. I had a vague memory of me having really bad internet during my vacation, and the UI still showed candle increase but it actually didn’t register, so sometimes when I logged back in the candle meter drew back. The way it is now seems less confusing and more coherent.

it's a system focused on making doing cr easier and better for people that doesn't have so much time to cr everyday
it multiplies the amount of wax you get on the start of your cr and the multiplier decreases progressively so for someone that only have 1 hours or 30 minutes to cr, it'll give more candles than it would in like 90 minutes or 60 minutes. yet, at the end of a whole cr you'll get the same amount of candles as we were already getting, 18
so yes, i'm very excited about it

i personally like the daily light system but hate how it puts a limit on the amount of candles you can get daily....like you used to be able to get 21 candles on non event days(with eden), but you can't with the daily light system i think. And the blossom tree is supposed to be some extra wax, not an easier way to earn candles

in live server, 18 candles is a guarantee if you do from prairie to wasteland. If you do isle and vault you get more. About 20 in Sunday if you do a full cr (because all the darkness appear in the gw). so 20 candles as a daily limit is a bit low imo.

So with the new Daily Light Forging system, I managed to get how many Candle Waxes are needed in each Chevron. It took me about 2 hours to get every thing:
