you dont need to delete your beta. the wipe makes it so that you cant update anymore. since there hasn't been a new update, you can still play on beta right now

Ktjin I’ve had people tell me a lot about what I should and shouldn’t be spending time and effort on, but ultimately what I found was that - making that decision on what to spend my energy and time on for myself, was what made me happy... even if I end up regretting later (honestly tho, I never regret it, I just muse over that phase) because it’s not going to last... so I may as well enjoy it while it happens

Tho I do agree, having a bit of self-restraint and exercising proper prioritization is important too... like if you’re going to stand in line for a concert all night - then have all your homework done well before hand 🤣🤣🤣

I can attest to this when I was working and going to college, sneep deprivation made me literally black out on half of my daily commute. Never again will I let something make me that sneep deprived and no one here should either. We all need our brains to have a "reboot" so to speak.

Please, get some sneep if you haven't yet and stay safe. Beta is just that: beta. Things broken, cutscenes not loading correctly or straight up crashing your device until a new build comes out.

Beta isn't a place for the average user. If you don't plan on reporting bugs, please consider the spot for someone who will report bugs and help make the game better for live.

Oh speaking about experiencing new seasons in beta, everyone new starts off as a moth... and that honestly isn’t a bad thing at all. In Live I have 10 wedges, in beta I keep it to 8 max for CR battery temperature testing and 6-7 testing out new areas. I’m in no rush for getting stars and doing eden runs because having low wedges puts me in the shoes of a brand new moth

Anyone can travel thru Ark/Sanctuary easily with 10 wedges, but gotta keep accessibility for newer players in mind and to give feedback to TGC if a certain area is too tough on moths

EDIT: I see you already have the roles so there is nothing to worry about...you should get a ping when the time comes.

**-**well, you can't 100% make sure you can get it, but best thing is to have the ping role. and if you have an ios device, you have to be on that device because you need testflight. but if you're on android, make sure you're signed into the right google account on your laptop so you can download it later on your device through the same google account.

**-**they'll send the invites in #beta-signup-info and then you click on the link that corresponds to your device (ios or android.) on ios you open testflight and confirm being tester then download the app (not sure, i don't have ios lol.) on android you press the blue shiny button with "become a tester" and then bam, you're a tester. go download beta from play store/google games. make sure you're in the right google account.

it's sad how a lot of beta players leave after the season is over because that's what they came for. apparently during the sanctuary/DoSL testing season a few weeks after the invites were finished a majority of players left and at the end of the testing season there were about 50 players left. it's sad, cause we warn them that beta doesn't give compensation. that beta is pretty much a buggy live.

during this time period there really isn't a lot of discussion to be had, it's a lot of cat herding to get new testers set up and ready to go.
