Anyone who bought from the bugged spirit doesn’t need compensation. They bought from the spirit, they’ll own any blessing, heart, wing buff, or cosmetic it has now. That’s like saying “I accidentally bought the wrong food from a restaurant and ate it.” then asking the restaurant for a refund.

when the stress test for android beta was opening up spaces I got accepted as a beta player but I couldn't download the app at that time because my phone was too old. Now that I have a new phone it says my email is still accepted as a beta tester but the app store won't let me download the game :(

Those added platforms in beta vault were for the glowing jellyfish cape spirit from light seekers and also the dragon mask spirit from Gratitude, Unsure if this is a glitch with the new rainbow addition or if a different variation of travelling spirits will be returning soon

In light seekers there are two variations of the same cape, the short blue cape with the purple lines and tassels and the other one with gold lines and tassels

Chibi glitching seems to be getting harder for people in certain areas though. I don’t personally do it cause I prefer the table however quite a few beta players in multiple discord servers have been saying they can’t really do it anymore. The change they’re making to the table makes it so tables owned by strangers aren’t active, so table stacking shouldn’t be possible with gray strangers, you’ll have to light them to do it. That said I can still piggyback rocket

I'd like to get a feeling for the number of hours the app has registered me as using it over the past few years. I know my beta account is still there, although I've left the testflight program, so I'm confident the data exists. I'd also be interested in seeing similar information for my Live account.

A lot of other games give me some feedback on how much I'm playing, or how many hours I've spent in-game. Sky doesn't make this available in-game, so I want to request it. Is there a procedure I can follow to get it?

We can't pull account information via Discord, Helpbot is mainly for informational purposes, at the very least you'd need to contact customer support. That being said, I don't think they have access to that information with our internal tools, though you are welcome to submit a formal request. Your device could probably give you insights into your play time, but not sure how far it goes back into historical data. Play session data is proprietary and typically not shared, but I'll need to double check that to confirm on Monday.

Thanks Ktjn for that response. I'll file a support request, understanding that the queue is massive at the moment. I know I'm asking for something unusual, however I think it's something that would be really good to know. I'm watching my kids and how much time they spend in Animal Crossing. What is interesting is their reactions when they realise how much time they are spending. One spent like 6 months playing Mass Effect a couple of years ago, and that took ~100 hours of actual game time. Knowing that they have been playing Animal crossing for like 1 month now and they have both exceeded that by some quantity has been eye opening for them, and instructional. I think Sky should be providing something similar. I'm sure the Sky app backend has some record of player activity over time; it would be very useful for TGC to know player behaviour and activity. So I'm sure that it's there to share in some way. My understanding is that information like this, that forms a part of a players account should be available to players. In some parts of the world, such access is mandatory (Europe for example). In beta, there's a limit, and I think everyone gets the same height if they take Grow and Huge together

When a tall friend of mine used a Grow Spell, she did not grow much. I am not sure what will happen if a person with the tallest possible height used a Grow Spell. Maybe the height won't change, like how using a shrink spell while wearing a chibi mask makes you no smaller
