Guys I wanna ask do the new spirit friendship tree only available for seasonal spirits at this time right? Like I saw some vids have the regular spirits too so I want to clarify it

Currently it is only available for the Migration spirits. You may have seen it with other spirits because it was available for a few base game spirits in earlier builds.

Yup! If you choose not to buy things on the tree, albeit spells/dyes/cosmetics you don't want, you can save candles that way.

Which, let's say, you only want one pair of pants, and one cape. You could potentially just level up your spirit friendship by only bringing them around. Then you only spend on those two things. You have a lot of candles still left over from anything else.

Theoretically, you could skip the entire tree using this system, only buy the season hearts, and then buy the ults. All without buying any other cosmetics

But it's not specific to Eden. It's any wing loss in general; getting krilled, rain damage, crabs, shards, etc.
Spirits will do a shocked emote when you lose a wing

Hello friend! Beta isn't a 1:1 to live, and so anything seen in beta shouldn't be taken as official. If something is announced in #news by the devs, then it is official!

I'm a bit late to this, but there were a couple great questions here!

Can you skip up to the season heart? Theoretically yes. If you only upgrade your friendship with a spirit by taking them on adventures, you won't have to buy any nodes. It's not any faster than using candles though, it's just an alternative to using them.

Does being AFK with a spirit count towards the hangout time with them? I'm pretty sure it does cuz there was a bit of time I would wait around in aviary and see if the spirit would leave. And eventually they did.

The new system seems to be for flexibility more than anything else. There will always be the option for players to buy out an entire season if they can afford to get candle packs, but for the majority of players the new system should mean that we can do a mix of hanging out with the spirits (like you can just bring them along on your candle run for however long they visit for) and you can choose which nodes you wish to unlock with season candles (so you can skip items you don't particularly want)

About the group of spirits you were referring to: only information shared by TGC through official channels (like #news, blogposts, etc) is legitimate.

If content was seen in beta, but isn’t in live, then that may have multiple reasons:

• Beta content isn’t final. Sometimes content is never shipped to the live game,
• The content may need to go through multiple testing cycles,
• Sometimes content is just for beta only. Similar to open beta, players sometimes tested items or smaller events to help with beta testing. That does not mean it will be shipped to live.
• and so on. The pinned messages have more information

My GUESS for share dates is earliest is November 20th and latest is December 8th somewhere in the middle is the 28th or 29th.

This is around the average range of 40-60 days between share dates which has been observed in the past.

Oh, this sounds like a base game robe that was added to testing a while back when we first started testing the spirit friendship changes! Currently there hasn't been any updates on if or when this (or other base items that were added at a similar time) are going to reach live. At one point during testing the spirit friendship changes were applied to a selection of base spirits, but that was rolled back and the system was updated/developed and applied specifically to the migration seasonal spirits. I would imagine the items that were added, including the base robes, are just in a limbo state until we get any further updates on the friendship system for the rest of the spirits.

However, since beta always has the disclaimer of being WIP, the items might not make it to live at all. We'll have to wait and see for now

Something about the snowball fights, you can throw snowballs at other skykids. However, the thrower would see their target flinch but the target would see the snowball past through them. Thank you TGC for this setup so players do not get disturbed while minding their own business.
