In beta right now you can still get the daily order for wax in the non collab version of the cafe. I can’t remember what time the wax rolls from the oven is but that might be available too. The things in beta aren’t final so it’s possible they could remove it… the daily order still looks like the pink roll.

Totally fair! I feel like the days of colour currency also could be bigger and have a larger flash hint and tie the hint to honking or when you pick one up like some of the quests like assembly treehouse quests did. If the intention is to find every currency then making it a bit easier would work better but I totally understand having it be somewhat of a challenge.

That's been in the Beta shop for quite some time, from what I understand. It's a spell version of Laidback Pioneer's umbrella. Not sure why but it even exists, but it doesn't seem likely to ever come to Live since it's a spell for a Seasonal Spirit item.

That's normal for Beta, haha. Testing for SkyFest is still in the very early stages, so it's not unusual that IAP items aren't available yet. Timers are also unreliable so take them with a grain of salt and wafo for news

I don’t know if the past IAPs were available during testing in beta this year, but I wouldn’t think something won’t return based on beta testing (past IAPs usually don’t need testing, so they’re sometimes not available in beta)

I don't think it defeats the purpose entirely because those who are around for ticket items that year are benefitting a lot, but the system definitely falls short if items are to return at prices like this the following year because it'll only increase sticker shock for players who miss the items as time goes on

From what they were saying when they implemented tickets, I assumed that old ticket items will be priced more fairly, since they won't have to price them according to the event longevity to make players engage with it, etc.

So dark rainbow cape price is definitely based on the old rainbow cape. And anniv items both unique and have functions. But idk if that's a good way to go about this. Old anniv items are like, 20 candles, so this just looks jarring

Yeah there's a lot of things to consider

• general economy of sky
• standard price for specific items so capes being x, pants being y, etc.
• complexity and work of design
• any functions

I'd assume there's a similar process for pricing items with tickets because not everything is the same price even with those, but then they've been really easy to collect each day and take way less time so the system overall has been really forgiving compared to the candle system that's overloaded for new and or casual players

Oh for sure, they've really done a great job of refining how we collect tickets, some still fall under very specific means of collection like the puzzle (which isn't as bad now we can do it solo, but it does take extra time the more rays we have to charge) or the cinna quests, but for the most part they're very very easy and take seconds for me personally to grab

the event team is separate from seasonal team so some things they truly have no idea it exists until it's out either
it's a lot of separate moving parts

also none of us are TGC devs so why would we know how it works anyway

I'm hoping that enough people take the time to leave some feedback on the SkyFest outfit that TGC considers changing it, or at least introducing similarly designed items in the future. The dark skin tone and color balance felt Really Good with the first version, so I was a little sad to see it go. But it's still really cute overall, and I'm happy to see it's an IGC on top of that.
