In my android tab, I also cant exit the polygon mesh. No meditation shrine to exit the feature (unlike the previous build). If you head home and use the home shrine to rejoin, you will be back with the polygon mesh again. You need to manually go to forgotten ark so you will be back to the normal forgotten ark look.

I think it's a good idea for the future play sessions with development or content creators to only show the players from your server and not have the typical full festival tech implements, because the players across other servers may crowd around the development, making it difficult to focus on the chat or get pictures with development. It could be impacted by the fact we are not accepting new accounts right now. Since that is the case, you will need to wait until we send out new invites. Then you will know that account creation is open and can start then.

Since you have the beta in your TestFlight App, I don't think you will need to click the invite link though when we do send them. You should just be able to select Create New Account.

Been distracted by all the season / events updates so haven’t been paying attention to Eden changes over the last few updates. Most of the annoying recent changes are still there. The rocks just destroy you. The Elder mask is just about useless and you get knocked down a lot. Seems like something was tweaked cause I made it all the way with 160wl starting and last 3 times I went before (after the changes) I didn’t even make it to the sand. Not gonna cry too hard now that crawling is gone but still think these changes are unnecessarily punishing. The many bugs this build didn’t spare Eden either. in live like it feels objectively harder because you need to book it but the WL loss is a lot less for making it to the end

There have been numerous accounts of player feedback being implemented, yes! A few (more recent) examples:

• ‘Cancel spell’ icon being placed to the side of the screen, and in the emote menu,
• re-bugging the DoColour pants after feedback,
• removing cheer expression after liking a social creation,
• declutterring stuff for UGC (making social creations less visible in the realms),
• added a whole pants in SoPerformance,
• Revival first builds, lots of changes to Quest 3 after player feedback,
• …..

I’m forgetting MANY examples but yes, honestly, they do listen to our feedback. However, it’s important to remember that the feedback channel isn’t a “make a wish”-fountain!

What’s the cancel spell icon? Haven’t heard of that in beta or live yet

When you activate a spell, to cancel it, it’s on the bottom left of your screen. There was a moment where that icon was moved to the spell menu, but then players didn’t like it, and now it’s in both places

i accidently place a ball in my nest(Home) seems i can't remove the item(ball) i try to tap on it several times. i decorate my home ...and i don't want to remove all the items ! is it a bug ?

This happened to me and apparently if you are in one hand mode it won’t let you edit stuff sadly, due to a bug maybe check if that’s the issue. Switching to two hand mode might help allow you to edit.

To test it's working, if we understand how to get it (like sitting to get the thing, taking the photos, etc.), is it an enjoyable experience or would you prefer other methods for ticket collecting, and so on - there's always a reason for things in beta

I also enjoy just looking at the tickets personally, they make me want cinnamon rolls exactly like that irl

Yeah I like events where the tickets aren't difficult to collect because it allows me more time to focus on other aspects of it. I think it's pretty cute getting to have a daily with cinnamoroll each day and taking photos with him too is adorable!

I've said this before, but I've seen my feedback implemented too! During bloom testing a couple years back, I wanted to be able to play music with spirits, and then in another event, they added it in! It sometimes takes time, but your feedback is definitely heard!

Yup! There are a lot of instances the feedback is heard and they implement it as much as they can. I don't know if I'm the only one who feedbacked, but I remember suggesting to add the plant balcony on the outside facade of nest apartment

I remember last year when days of music was being tested and the violin prop came out in beta, the screenshots and videos I was seeing showed the violin being held very awkwardly at rest and between notes

your Sky kid would hold the bow in one hand and the violin by its neck and the other, but holding it out in front of them. not having the violin up on your shoulder so you can use the chin rest and having the bow at the ready above the strings

I left feedback, and it got changed to the correct grip a couple builds later

For days of nature, I left feedback about how it would be nice if the tickets could 'shout' at you, because it was hard to find them sometimes. And the next update had a shout feature.

I (and others) petitioned for an owo update note and it happened and it's my greatest crowning achievement

but real talk I think one of the biggest examples of devs listening to feedback was how many iterations of testing the voice of aurora instrument went through because everyone kept wanting the first version back no matter what, so it got pushed into the second half of testing and what we got in the end was a compromise of having aurora's voice but in a variety of pronunciations which made the end product way better sounding than all the notes being the same

I don't know why there's discourse around devs not listening to feedback, but there are a lot of examples of them doing so both in beta and live, so if anybody does have thoughts about content being tested then it's definitely worth sharing them in #beta-feedback

I think the cafe should be cozier somehow… but I don’t know what makes things cozy. Maybe the problem for me is the plain stone floor and walls. The stone floor reminds me of hardware stores not really cozy. It is also not that well lit. But I’m not exactly sure what would make it feel better, maybe more light in the night or a different color flooring?
