My friend has the same thing, but she was able to make an alt account. If you have server errors upon logging in, try making an alt!

It's a known issue that you may experience more server errors and crashes than what's intended in beta. So there's not really any need to report those, correct me if I'm wrong.

I mean I think there’s a difference between experiencing server errors while playing the game, and not being able to log in at all!

I can be wrong though. For my friend, she’s been having server errors & instant crashes before even having her game fully load (ever since 3-4 builds ago).

So I think in that case it might not be that bad to report it as a bug if it persists for that long?

If you're unable to login then yeah bug report it but with the server stuff it wouldn't surprise me if it's linked, it could also be something else entirely though

you can make an alt because you're using the same invite when you open up sky beta on the apple/android account you got the invite on. All that's different is the login method for your alt account.

You need to link your account to your gmail / iCloud /…. or else you will lose all progress regardless.

I think if you use the log-in method with gmail, your progress will be saved on that.

It maybe be an issue that you didn't back up the local account to a specific login method and that's why it's coming up as an authentication issue but I'm not 100% sure

To me as someone who only just play this game in February this year and got the isle elder mask this month . It’s kind of satisfying thing …cause I save the Eden candles and finally I got it . The shield is so RARE! I love it . I’m just a diligent moth that’s why my views is different from everyone else. for the season, there's 8 seaonal candle cakes in every realm, worth 1/2 candle each so 4 candles per realm plus quests = 25 seasonal candles a day, so getting the current season stuff doesnt take too long

Also recommended to SCR if you want a good candle stock in beta because the conversion after season end is pretty darn good (don't invest too much time in beta)

I already left feedback about this but i’m just stating my opinion here too. it wouldn’t make much sense to take something away from the masks, especially at the prices they’re at. hoping it comes back, at least as a bundle of 2 masks or smth like others have said

• Progress is like the live version? As someone stated this is indeed a brand new account, so i suppose i have to unlock the realms normally ?
• Are seasonal spirits in beta too? because in live version we can find them for example like the aurora spirits in the huge arena even if the season is over.^^
• The pop up message in the shop says candles are free? Indeed, faq says there are no candle bundles in shop, so I'm pretty confused
• I see player with cape of different shape and color, can i unlock it too?

Nope you’re a new fresh moth! Focus on testing new features and you can collect 25 sc daily to help with testing new cosmetics.

2. you can only see seasonal spirits after finishing eden for the first time like in live
3. iaps are free but they got rid of candle packs to give an incentive to visit the realms to find bugs there
4. you can get capes just like in live

There's 50 ish days iirc? You should get it if you collect all the seasonals in every realm and do dailies for sure. Thankfully beta allows us to collect up to 25 seasonals a day

Beta’s timer can be wrong, but it currently reads 57 days left, and if that’s true you’ll have plenty of time to get the ults because beta players get many more seasonal candles a day

There hasn't been any more news from the devs themselves, but other players have noticed that these crashes seem to happen when the game's language is set to Japanese, French, etc. Perhaps try changing the language to English and see if that helps? 🍀

I can confirm that of the crashes in certain languages, the crashes when reliving the spirit and sitting in the meditation circle have been fixed.
And it no longer crashes when transitioning while holding the camera.

We could see our previous published memories. I'm thinking the reason it won't work or show the memory is because of how far back it was created it's not compatible with the new version anymore which can also be totally wrong and the record being deleted already, just the location of where it happened still cached in the servers.

Ohhh yeah the social objects we can see were significantly reduced. I could only see the boats I made from previous versions, text still visible. And a few stranger memories. Lesser spaces as well

Nonono, my friend placed new memories and I still couldn't see them even after I followed her. Yes to the reduced amount of notes, it was actually quite sad, I stopped seeing shared spaces for granny and recharging shared memories For the old memories thingie, I actually placed a shared memory on June 16 and it's still there Ig sky decided it's essential to have at least one player's note in each realm and brought back old messages (my theory)

I'm grateful that the visible number of boats/memories/etc was so heavily reduced. I love checking them out but when there's a bunch in the same area, it just becomes unpleasant to look at.

With the update, I can just pick one to interact with and use the arrow to cycle through to see more! It also means there's far less work needed to hide them away from view.

Yeah it's also a good idea to write long feedback in a note or separate app anyways in case your message gets eaten by the server for having a word that gets flagged

Hello! I cant seem to finish the last quest in season of remembrance in beta ver. Whenever I would place 3 spirits' favorite things, it would not let me place down the last favorite thing of the 4th spirit. I tried again and again, even restarting the game, is it a bug or something?

It's meant to be that way. We can't buy candle packs in beta.

Although if you grab as many seasonals as possible, you can potentially get hundreds from the seasonal conversion. But you'd have to run for seasonals daily
