i already sent feedback but it kind of looks like they planed on pushing the spells to live despite feedback. lately beta has felt so much more rushed and the final product does not reflect what the community wants (not to mention the bugs, those are very much there)

Honestly, if they don't add a way to clear social spaces/candles without having to click on each one individually, I'll be less likely to spend any time in social spaces. I usually spend time in Wasteland to meet new people and it's already a struggle there to clear out all the candles so I can light others without activating a candle accidentally.

On top of a whole travelling season returning, what about if we had collected all the past travelling spirits that did return in the rotations (at least minimal wingbuff unlocked with TS), and once you complete that particular season's TS list, you get to meet that Season's Guide in orbit and unlock the pendant+ultimate gifts for AC?
This would solve newer players getting a chance to 'collect' them, older players to be able to collect the ultimate gifts they did miss out and the ones who did pay for them earlier is considered 'early access'

Which is why I think it should restricted to open areas with low traffic, it shouldn't be placable in tight, high traffic areas such as social hubs and wax events (looking at the 67377 memory candles at Granny)

For some reason I like those vault lantern boxes (or whatever called) but the memory candles with their strange out of environment colors still have scattered trash feel to me.

Yea I've also been thinking a lot about this! I do understand your point tho, guess that's fair with not being able to collect the pendant since that's the caveat of paying for 'early access'...but at least being able to unlock the ultimate gifts via this method would help newer players who never even got the chance to obtain it being from newer devices (switch+playstation skykids )

Although on the flipside I've met players who did start in a particular season, but have no other proof of showing they did come from that season simply because they're either f2p or did not manage to buy the pass due to various reasons. I'd say at least obtaining the ult from that season through hard work (buying out the TS over a year or two omg) does equal the money spent for those who did buy it earlier

Would genuinely like to hear what others think about this, we can help the devs solve a 3 year old problem if we put our heads together on this

Also this would highly discourage account buying, which is a win win in my opinion, teaching everyone that with time and effort you'll eventually obtain the things you want

they made an attempt to change transitions to black rather than white, but apparently that change was only able to “bind” to some cutscenes (aka, practically no cutscenes). it was a very token-esque accessibility change, since they have made little to no progress on fixing other accessibility areas such as the abyss fish spamming honk, and even encouraging people to spam like crazy during the concert (for what? tbh)

So, I thought the patch notes mentioned something about the last quest somewhere but my memory failed me; it only listed the two last pleading child's quests as being available - The last quests are usually released once the season has transitioned a little more in live, so that it gets more time to get polished, some more tweaks, and not to spoil the content too soon

I agree! Tulips by nature are beautiful, but I don’t think this cape is (my opinion). To me, it looks like stacked pepperonis. I wish they made it a different color, like you said variegated. FWIW yellow and orange variegated tulips are stunning and that would have been beautiful as a cape - in my opinion.

I developed a system to bring back ults and I haven't shared it with the devs yet.

Each "Days of" event brings back an event guide with the ultimates for the corresponding season. During the event, each TS will come in 2 sets of 3 over the event, allowing people to choose what they want. Then, during that event the ultimate guide is available to purchase said ults for the reasonable price of $10-20 for each ult. This would mean that playing the season with the pass is a much better deal, and allows new players to get the old ultimates. Plus, if TGC wanted to be very specific, the old ultimates could receive a symbol on them that indicates they were from the original season

It was 640$ of regular candles to cover all TS and Days of and IAPs non seasonal. The grand total was $970 (Over 1K when factoring in tax) in a three month period

It's similar to a wire transfer scam to "cleanse" marked bills. Person A transfers marked bills to Person B. I don't think that's the case personally, cosmetic prices maybe, but as for hearts I genuinely think they want to keep them as the "meaningful friendship" gifts, hence making them an investment - in theory it sounds great, but in reality it's not been fun for players when they then add cosmetics that cost hearts.

Anywho, so far my thoughts on bloom as an event are "I wonder why they chose ark for the area, where is the wisteria tree? the butterfly changing is fun but for some reason the flying mechanics are janky compared to during the concert, and I wish the spirits weren't bunched up as much as they are, also why is the fire out?"

Like in no way I am defending TGC with all their ridiculous prices and whatnot, because I understand that underneath everything there's a LOT going on in running a business, especially an internationally covering one. Millions may sound a lot but in reality it may not be the case. Keep in mind they probably have to pay Netease for running their servers in CN too, idk how that works because its not in my field of study

But I'm pretty sure if they would consider some of these suggestions we've been giving them, if there are some that could work for them, they could pull through both financially and also while keepin players happy. Thats my hope for TGC atm, they still have a chance

I'd definitely recommend searching back for messages from devs recently, particularly Tethys, Sagomay, and Ktjn because through the duration of the latest pricing discussions they've popped in and given us some dev perspective as much as they could that really helps show it's not as simple as overnight changes

If we took average us salary it would cost 5.5 million a year to pay 100 employees. And in gaming industry the average salary is way more than that. But still igc especially friendship ac increase shuld have not been happened

It's not always that obvious especially for new players can be confused with getting the emote what's up higher in NPC tree. But yes it is there

Usually new buttons on tree ui are higlighted with a dot although i didn't pay attention in this year's bloom ui tree
