AFAIK, for most Season Guides it's at the uppermost part of their Friendship Tree

Every main node in their quest tree is either a new quest or a new interaction. As you do more quests for them you get more nodes unlocked. It's easiest to see if they have an interaction like this on whether the tree has branches there or not. Interactions don't come with hearts, so those are branchless nodes

You can get seasonal hearts at the top of every Seasonal Spirit tree through the Seasonal Constellation (between Valley and Forest) at home after reliving them at the Wind Paths. This means that you have to buy everything from a Flight spirit to get one. Please note that with such a tight time, near the end of the season. You won't be able to finish the season without buying Seasonal Candle Packs with real money

other way is to let your sky kid get krilled, let them walk in dark water or get drenched in acid rain

but that's a temporary baldness because recharging will bring your sky kid back to their colours
