Make sure you do all daily tasks and get treasure candles. Visit the geyser twice a day (you can only earn up to 18 explosions I think, that’s two geyser events). If you do that and a little bit of candle run you can easily get at least 10 candles. Hope this helps. And yes try the looking for group channel here. Plenty of friendly and helpful players that will take you for a candle run and show you where things are. 💜

To add to what alexdolly said, one good way to get a lot of return hearts without arranging trades is to send them to as many friends as you can through the constellation on days where “send a gift to a friend” is one of the daily quests. I highly recommend keeping the mindset that they are gifts and that nobody owes you anything in return, because you have no way of knowing if anyone else can actually afford to give back, but I usually get one back from most of the people I give to.
