Besides reporting & restarting your game you could try these 3 methods of reliving buggy spirits/quests! It's not a guaranteed fix, but they may help.
1.) How to relive a bugged seasonal spirit by bred (focuses on iOS but describes an android solution in caption)

2.) Android-focused guide by Abhi: #seasons-events-chat message
3.) For me (pyrethema#1497), these methods didn't work very well- it helped me a lot more to just bring in a couple friends.
The issue is caused by/occurs on server merges, so limiting the chance of a merge (by disconnecting or by filling the server) can help you relive spirits right now if the above method isn't working for you.

TGC is still working on an official patch for this bug, since they just patched some semi related bugs #known-issues it shouldn't be long now, but in the mean time this may help!

i mean my only issue rn is the timer running out too fast...

in that case, try not to hit the blue spirits directly,the hit box is huuge and as long as you are near either end of the pole it should count as touching it. trying to hit the center with the spirits made me lose lots of time. also if youre doing it with friends, let go of their hands- holding hands slows you down by a small amount

So the seasonal candles are back of course. These will be needed throughout the season to unlock seasonal spirit items right? I am not an adventure passer, so my question is, is it worth spending all my candles and hearts on the spirits or is the pass required to get the "good stuff" so to speak? ||not saying there's stuff not good, but you know what I mean||

Seasonal candles and seasonal hearts (4) are only needed to get seasonal cosmetics, your normal candles and hearts don't count to this. When you have the pass, you can get AP locked cosmetics and rewards with the ultimate gifts. You'll be fine without a pass as well to get items regardless.

It's one of the new seasonal areas, but it won't be open for another week and a half or so

When it opens, you'll be able to get to it from the Village of Dreams, using the boats at the very top of the hill with the course

They're all there, but they can be a little buggy. You could try restarting your game or going home, waiting a minute, then using the return shrine, or you could try bringing a group of friends with you to reduce the chance of a server merge. One of these guides may also be able to help you.

I'm not sure if this is it, but if the flame has a circle surrounding it you have sort of guide it towards the spirit

They should work similarly to reliving spirits, though the second quest also has a timing element. You're not doing anything wrong, but the spirits and quests have been a little buggy. If you're able to see the girl and light her, you can try just waiting a minute to see if the quest will start for you, but if you're not able to see her or the quest won't start, you could try using one of these guides.

I am no so sure, but maybe the original intend was force people have to actually completed full season (full cosmetics, full quests) for Ulti gift, but somehow it become just a number of percentage for completion, not affect to your Ulti at all.

Since Enchantment season there are separate main quests from the seasonal quest giver. Those count towards the completion of the season. So even if you have bought all items from the spirits and the ultimate items, you won't have 100% until all main quests are available and finished.

No, they stay until you use them for the ultimate gifts or if you don't, they will become regular hearts at the end of the season.

Btw, you only get seasonal candles by completing the spirits.

Now I can light it, follow it for three or four stages, then it hangs there, usually in the air, but also on the ground, unmoving no matter what I do. Get it fixed already, it’s taking too long

My personal experience with TGC is that they care deeply about getting it right and are frustrated by problems like this, even more than players are because it's their livelihood. But that doesn't mean players won't have a bad time if things don't work right

My strategy for avoiding frustration with spirit bugs is I'm saving them for later.

a meditate/catch light quest
a gameplay action like collecting wax, making a candle, getting krilled etc
and a spirit relive quest

yesterday there were 2 social quests and today there are 2 spirit quests.

no, usually the quests repeat between 8 usual ones per realm, (wasteland has 7 but always has the krill quest usually) and then there are special added quests like variations of 'catch the light'. sometimes the krill quest seems to become dropped and things don't line up right. players shouldn't normally need to go to different realms to finish the quests.

for seasonal capes this round, rabbit (see above screenshot) is good cause you also get the clothes and music sheet even without the adventure pass to get there.

the seasonal spirit quest #2 can feel buggy, but largely its just a matter of keeping up with the clock. which may take a few tries. I think thatgamecompany tried to fix the bugs by updating some servers. see #known-issues

Just to clarify, 100% is only possible once all quests from the seasonal quest giver have been completed. Until then you will have less percentage even if you bought everything.
