On reliving the seasonal spirits, I think the bug occurs with server merges. As long as you are able to get into an untouched server, you'll be able to get the spirits

I managed to do the broken spirit memory by going to the valley, going straight to the spirit and checking if the girl is there (try spawning in multiple times for it to work-that’s what I had to do). You then follow to relive her memories. I couldn’t find her body to light up after so I was confused and went to leave, and as I lit up the pillar to start the ski lift to the coliseum it said I had completed the memory. It might just have been a weird bug that let me do it, but it might work for you

They just follow the daily quests, daily quests have always been that way too going from daylight prairie and make their way down to vault and then back to prairie
Easy way to remember is daily quest (aka where the season guide stands in front of the portal) is the same area where the candles will be too

Daily candle cakes also follow that rotation through each realm, except they're just one portal ahead, marked with the smol candles in front of the gate

idk if you've tried this, but it seems to work for who I have try it. If you go to village of dreams and the spirit isn't working, tp home then close out your app fully. Wait like 20sec and open the game. As quick as you can use the home shrine to return to the village and quickly go to the spirit that was not showing up and activate it right when you get to it. Its made them work almost every time for me and my friend

Steps:

1. Close all tabs
2. Go into sky
3. Go to the tunnel (obv)
4. Quickly turn off wifi on your way through the tunnel
5. Turn it back on once you’ve reached the village
