How to painfully relive a bugged seasonal spirit (on iOS)

With the introduction of the new season it has also brought some bugs, here’s a temporary solution to one of those bugs.
try to keep any connection off as much as possible(especially when you just entered the village) wifi or data to avoid server merges as that’s what causes the spirits to bug only turn it on when the loading pop up apears that makes you unable to move your joystick.
Since the 2nd seasonal quest is a bit far y'all can go up there first and go home. The checkpoint when you use the return shrine should be near the gondola and just do the same method which is turning off your connection upon using the return shrine.
Android: you can just do the first step then keep trying to relive the spirit while continue clicking the "retry" pop up.

NOTE: this method is a bit hard on iOS as the pop up always appears that makes you unable to move your joystick as shown in the video so try it at your own risk and it’s just a potential fix not a guaranteed one.

Hi all - has anyone been having issues with getting the first seasonal quest finished? I know TGC has a report in 'known issues' of the other spirits being glitchy, but the main quest of the little girl is causing issues for friends of mine who can't finish that because it wont let them light her statue at the end. Thoughts? They restarted several times and let it go over overnight to have the same issues today.

Keep trying, trying, trying! It happens to A LOT of people as well, including myself. I just came back and came back and came back and at one point after like 12 tries I was able to finish it!

I had the same problem. When it stays like that try quickly putting your phone on airplane mode and then back on (while in the game). After a few seconds it should work.

There’s a tunnel at the top of the mountain to the right of where the yeti spirit is. Going up there will take you to it

TGC already mentioned how to solve this bug,,, whoever is not able to obtain the spirit, force close the app, wait for 20-30 sec and open the game again, It will work.

that is the TGC "suggestion" that I mentioned. This has been tried about 15 times and leaving the app off over night (much longer than 20 seconds) did not help. That's why I'm asking others to see if they found anything that helped. Thanks though

Which device your using please, if it’s iPhone than it should work cause I was having the same issue and it worked for me, I’m not sure about android...

You should just be able to drop the light onto the next part of the spirit. Unless you’re talking about lighting the statue, then that sounds like a common problem that can hopefully be solved easily by restarting the game ^^

Make sure that after each spirit, you go home and click the seasonal constellation map. Then after this you can go back to the Village and the next spirit will be available. Sometimes if that spirit isn't ready, it will suddenly pop up after a few minutes
